We have also provided a clear resolution: if the courier confirms that the parcel has been lost, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Unfortunately, while the courier investigation is ongoing, we must wait for their findings before taking further action. This is standard procedure and not something we can bypass.

Danger !! Warning Alert
Danger !!! I would stay far away from buying anything from this company. My first order came sell packed within 6 days . My next order from them never arrived, never was delivered and it has been well over 2 months. This company nor their shipping partner/courier will assume no responsibility for me not receiving my items. They assuured me that if I didn't receive my items they would either reship items or credit card in which they are doing neither. They also told me (Alfie, was his name) that if I requested my money back ffom my credit card company that this would be considered a fraudulent charge back. I spent $490.79 with this company that they think they should be able to keep. They said delivery was attempted but no delivery was even attempted due to me being consistently home during this time period. Tracking number at one point had the package in a whole other state. There were at least 2-3 different tracking nnumbers .I have had packages not delivered before . The companies always would either refund my money or credit the money back to my card. I even did a Declaration of Non-reciept suggested by them with the courier refused the claim.Filled With Barakah refused to give me the reason and told me I would have to contact the courier. Mark Warren their head manager told me even though I have repeatedly askd for the order to be canceled and my card credited , the matter was resolved with them. Please, please , please stay far away from this company!!!!!!!
First of all the response to my review by this company is not entirely true. Yes I did send in a Declaration of Non-reciept based on this company's recommendation. They never contacted me with the results of any in vestigation as they said they would. It was always me following up with them . This is how I found out that the shipper denied the claim. Even earlire on when they were supposed to check with shipper/ courier, I was the one that had to contact them. Yes, they did respond everytime I contacted . There was never any effort on their part that I can see. I have no proof that they filed the paperwork or even tried to contact the shipper/courier. When I enquired about why the claim was denied, they (Alfie) told me that I had to contact the courier myself to find out why. What kind of businss is this ????After two months of trying to deal with this company with no appropriate resolution , I filed a claim with my credit card company. I received an email from this company(Alfie) stating that my filing this claim was fruadelent and a illegal chargeback. The email said my claim was questionable and they were going to take legal action. Alfie in this email said that they were giving me 7 days to withdraw thiz clzim so this situation can end amicably. I think not !!! I NEVER received my 8 perfume items from this company. Please read tbe other reviews where people did'nt receive items or packages.zThe shipper/courier they use have a very low rating. I believe in this pro ess someone is stealing these packages. FILLEDWITH BARAKAH DO BETTER !!! They are saying that my claim is questionable. Why would I spend the time and energy in saying that I did'nt get a package that I really got ??? I don't know if this is just happening in the United States,but I'm warning that if this happened to me it can happen to you. Now they are insinuating that I am lying . Make this make sense !!! This review contains numerous inaccuracies and omissions.
Firstly, we did not refuse to help you. We spent a considerable amount of time assisting you, communicating with both you and the courier, and guiding you through the required process. You were asked to complete a Non-Receipt Declaration, which you did. The courier then investigated the matter and ultimately rejected the claim based on their findings.
Secondly, we never stated that requesting a refund from your card provider would automatically be fraudulent. What we said was that if a chargeback is opened while claiming facts that are known to be untrue, we reserve the right to defend the case and take appropriate action. There is a significant difference.
You also claim we promised a refund or replacement. As explained throughout our correspondence, any refund or replacement was always subject to the outcome of the courier’s investigation. Once the claim was reviewed and rejected by the courier, we could not simply ignore their findings and issue compensation regardless.
As for the tracking history, international shipments often pass through multiple logistics partners and tracking systems, which can result in multiple tracking references. This is entirely normal and does not indicate wrongdoing.
Finally, describing our company as a “danger” or suggesting that customers should “stay away” is particularly unfair given the extensive support provided, the investigation carried out, and the fact that we followed the courier’s formal claims process from start to finish.

Best middle eastern selection in Europe
I believe they have the best selection of middle eastern fragrances in Europe, by far. They have good prices (although not as good as other sites sometimes) and are quick to dispatch the products which are very well packaged and always original. Bought from them twice and will do so again in the near future.
