The customer service i recieved from Laure was very good. I bought a subscription by accident and on the same day i contacted them, i recieved a refund. Friendly and fast help was provided.
I would like to thank Jenny for her kind and professional support. I had an issue with an unexpected subscription charge, and Jenny handled my request very politely, quickly, and with understanding.
I really appreciate that the refund of 49.95€ has been processed and will be credited back to my original payment method. The situation was stressful for me at first, but Jenny’s helpful response made it much easier.

As many others experienced, I used this service thinking it was a one off payment to convert an image. A few days later I saw I was charged a fee of 65AUD and was signed up to a subscription. When I emailed requesting a refund, I received a generic response about what the subscription gains access to rather than acknowledging what I was asking for. I sent another email asking for a refund 48 hours ago and no response. I am very frustrated as this has caused financial distress to me and I never would have knowingly signed up for this subscription as I cannot afford it and I only used the service once.

I signed up for a €0.60 trial and was later charged €39.95 for a subscription I never intended to keep. I never created an account, never received login information, and never used the service. When I requested a refund, I did not receive a response within the advertised 24-hour timeframe. Their only explanation was that the subscription renewed automatically because it wasn’t canceled during the trial.
Very disappointing experience. Be sure to read the fine print before signing up.
edit: did give back my money but only AFTER a negative review and two emails.

I downloaded a file for 0.6 euro, which seemed like a one-time payment. There was no clear information about any subscription during the purchase. Shortly after, I was charged 40 euros without my consent.
This is a hidden subscription that was never properly disclosed. I did not agree to any recurring payments. This kind of practice is misleading and illegal under EU consumer protection law.
Would not recommend this site to anyone.

I am writing this to warn others about this company. I was completely tricked into a hidden subscription that I never consented to.They use a highly misleading setup where you think you are paying a tiny fee, but hidden in their terms, they automatically sign you up for an expensive recurring subscription. I have just discovered an unauthorized charge of €19.65 on my card.This is an absolute subscription trap. I have already contacted my bank (ING) to dispute the unauthorized charges, block any future transactions from them, and initiate a chargeback. Do not give this company your card details under any circumstances. They are completely dishonest.

Paid a micro payment for converting 3 files - that went well - BUT then 3 days after an insane amount is pulled from my card. Seriously - you have to do this better? My guess is that you aren't fond of handling complaints like this one....? Or?

THEY WONT RESPOND TO YOUR REFUND EMAIL SO YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOUR BANK AND WASTE TIME!!

Last Saturday I converted a soundfile for €0,60 by apple pay. Today (two days later) there is I'm charged with €49,95! I wasn't aware that I was buying a subscription and don't want to. When I discovered this today, I immediately canceled the subscription and e-mailed for a refund. This is another attempt to get my money back.
I haven't used the services and won't. All I wanted was to convert one file for € 0,60 cents.
Please refund €49,95 to my account immediately.
And seeing all the people in the reviews who experienced the same thing, you might want to change this procedure! (If it's not your intention of scamming people)
