I used their services, then canceled, after a month they charge me $20 for the service that I canceled a month ago. The operator began to blackmail me that if you do not pay, the data will be transferred to some collectors. I do not recommend using the service, scammers, charging for services that are no longer provided
I was using FileBase for 2 years on a paid plan, stored 1.6M files on SIA storage. One day it turned out that I can't access 40K files: nor via dashboard, nor via API. The support keeps silence for weeks and it seems that my data is lost. If you care about safety of your data use S3 or R2 instead.
Very competitive price for 1TB cloud storage. I was on the lookout for a decentralized cloud storage and found filebase.com. So far, no issues encountered for my use.
