Unfortunately

Unfortunately, the watch could not be connected because it was already paired with another phone.

The initial response from customer support was: “Please wait, we are working on it.”

However, after I stated that I wanted either a replacement watch or a refund, all communication stopped. No response, no refund, and no watch…

Leider hat die Verbindung mit Uhr nicht funktioniert, auf Grund, dass die Uhr schon mit einem anderen Handy verbunden waren. Die Hilfe zuerst war: bitte warten Sie, wir arbeiten dran. Und nachdem ich geschrieben habe, ich will entweder eine neue Uhr oder Geld zurück, ist stillstand, keine Antwort, kein Geld, Kein Uhr....
