Great CS, huge variety of goods, friendly staff
My experience with Figuya was pretty great. I visited their store in Berlin. The shop is well located right in the center of the city. They have a great variety of goods, so I had to spend quite some time choosing what to purchase. The staff there is very friendly, always ready to answer your questions and have a small talk.
After the initial purchase, I contacted the support with a few questions about one of the figures. Shanice from the CS Team responded very fast and was extremely helpful!
I can definitely recommend the store to anyone who's visiting the city.

Overpriced and unfriendly
Long delays, very poor and unfriendly customer service and social media contact, unjustified extreme high prices (ordering the single tem directly from Japan you can it faster and 25-50% more cheap despite high shipping cost and import taxes) ... not recommended

One-stop-shop for anime and manga…
One-stop-shop for anime and manga products (and gunpla!), but sometimes the selection is lacking a little, or products take a bit longer compared to other shops to be in stock.
The preorder policy is very smart, it's first a reservation, and then a preorder can be made, so there's no money hanging in limbo.
The shop is organized well, and online orders come quickly, even though they are sent only once a week. Never had any issues with my orders, and they come packed like a tank. Definitely, a trustworthy store that I will be coming back to!

My go-to anime store!
My 5. order from Figuya just arrived!
Always had a great exprerience.
Prices can be a bit high sometimes, but you have less risk than when directly importing from Japan and they seem to always include a 5% voucher for your next purchase.
What truly sets this store apart is the ability to preorder figures without paying yet! If you change your mind it is hassle free and once the figure is in stock you have it within a week after you pay!
E-mail inquiry was replied to in a friendly and helpful manner in less than 24h!
