At first i was a bit skeptical about this pre-order service, until when i received the plushie i have ordered. Also the seller is very friendly to talk to as he always respond to me when i asked about the update on my order until the day it arrived at my doorstep. Definitely will order more from him in the future

Ordered Shikanoko and Mari GSC plushies from them on Shopee awhile ago, I think the product released in Japan in May and I received it in June (I consider this to be quite fast already considering international and domestic shipping), already have more plushies pre-ordered and looking forward to receive them. Definitely legit product and seller

Ordered a chocopuni plushie and staff were very responsive and cooperative along the whole process. Definitely way faster than ordering directly.
Wish I got more updates on the delivery though; had to ask for progress myself but staff were very willing to help and I understand that the team must be very small so theyre doing their best.
Definitely would order through them again 👍👍

Had finannce trouble for a few months but the seller was willing the hold the item with half payment. Very cooperative, will buy again from here.

Preordered Chocopuni Kanna plushie, and the process is very well explained by Figfind's staff, and they are very responsive whenever I ask them a question, even outside office hours.

If there's anything, I'd say that Figfind could update their customers more frequently about their orders and the ongoing process. I get that they might have a lot of customers but it's nice to know what's going on with our POs

We had originally placed a pre order, but the payment method was to bank in rather than use shopee as a medium so we had out doubts, but the seller even went so far as to tell us where their warehouse is so we can pick up our item! Superb service.

Customer service is great. Always received a quick and swift response. When my items got delivered, they were in great shape with no damages whatsoever. There's a plethora of figures to choose from too! I highly recommend this up and coming business👍
