Wij zijn gevestigd in dieren, maar onze ervaren fietsenmakers zitten door heel Nederland. Ons streven is dat wij binnen 60 minuten bij u ter plaatse zijn. Heeft u per direct hulp nodig? dan staan wij voor u klaar. Onze monteur komt bij u op locatie waar u staat met pech, en u wordt gelijk geholpen. No one came on time! The monteur called me 1,5 before he was supposed to come and since I wasn’t home he said he would reschedule the appointment. Terrible service..

Quickly repair, replacement of rear wheel on bakfiets. Was organised by manufacturer (warranty) so I can’t comment on pricing, the repair was professional and quick by a good repairman.

The mechanic was great, arrived and presented himself very nicely. He was able to solve part of the problem and identify the solution for the bigger issue. The job was done neatly and quickly. Our one issue is communication. It's been hard to get ahold of the office to understand the process to order the damage part. We haven't heard back for over a week and it's been almost impossible to get someone on the phone.

This is a terrible repair service – very long waiting time, then a mechanic comes without parts, and then no further information about the next appointment.
I had to use another mechanic.
Super fast and friendly service! Would definitely recommend :)

I was so impressed by the service provided. Robert arrived on time, did the annual maintenance and fixed the bike rapidly and efficiently. He explained what he had done clearly in French and English, and offered some suggestions on bike care. It is a pleasure to have such great service,
