Very stupid excuses each time I follow up on my package. It’s been 3 months. Strangely they don’t even disclose the shipping carrier as soon as item is picked for shipping. FIERCE GREEN ARE THIEVES to avoid! Unfortunately one will only learn after purchase if not checking out the reviews.

This is so sad how they take people hard working money and keep sending you shipment updates and your package never moved! I just want my money back. Don't trust them I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my hard earn money

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a product in January and in May I still hadn't received it. Customer service told me to check with the post office and I should just wait 2-3 more days and "I hope you find your package!"

Major disappointment, I don’t even know where my package is or weather it will arrive or not. My kid is even more sad and disappointed. Communication is below 0. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this website.

I placed an order on October 13, 2025. i still haven't received the order!
Every time I reach out to them, they give me a stupid excuse. the last one is that the whole customer service department is on vacation. They will reach out to me in 5 days.
Who will hold these crooks accountable???

I ordered a gorgeous looking 40th anniversary Back to the Future advent. It finally came and was a tiny plain white box, which looked absolutely nothing like the one advertised. The tree decorations are about thumbnail size, absolutely nothing like advertised. It was so disappointing for nearly £30. I complained and was told I received exactly what was advertised- which is an out right lie. 100% do not use.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a back to the future advent calendar in October which has just arrived today, 13th December. It looks nothing like the advertised product, it’s basically just cheap plastic. Will never buy from them again and would advise nobody else to do so either!

False advertising, I ordered a funko advent calendar, back to the future , and what i received is totally different from their picture. Very cheap , I really don't recommend this company. I asked for a refund, no answer yet. Total scam .

I'd seen a dua lipa 24 days of pop glam advent calendar from this company a) because I love dua and she's one of my favourite singers and b) curiosity got the better of me and I just received it today (November 17th 2025) and I got the COMPLETE WRONG ONE, they sent me kpop demon hunters.

Don't waste your hard earned cash on this waste of space scammy company 🤬🤬🤬

Order received however provided wrong item. When I enquired with them they tried to tell me they shipped the correct item, which is clearly wrong

Very bad company! They advertised on Marketplace and deducted money from my bank account twice.
It’s been more than two months, and I couldn’t contact them until I filed a complaint. but still no delivering
I think PayPal is also working with them and protecting them.

After waiting over a month. The Post office said the postage was fraudulent. To receive the product I would need to pay the postage. I already paid postage when I ordered the product. Tried emailing company. Automated message came back.

I ordered a Ozzy statue the advertised.
The advertised a Funko-Pop statue, but they delivered a statue thas was NOT a Funky-Pop. The box was also badly packed and damaged.
I mailed about this, but they first offered a $2 dollar compensation (hahaha), later a $4 and now a $6.
I just want a new, real Funko-Pop, which the advertised!

Do not order anything at Fierce-Green, they are a fraud

Delivery was delayed and when finally the order came looked nothing like the picture in the site - it is a ozzy funk pop like statue and the paint was all smudged and ruined - the box was completely different from the site and arrived damaged.

when i asked to be refunded after sendint all the proof they just offered 3 dollars discount and dismissed my claim -

The product was never delivered. I bought in June and still hasn’t arrived and the last tracking number they sent to me seems to be a phishing site

It took forever to arrive and its the worst product I have ever bought.

Long long delay (3 months plus) and colour of Supreme Cream far paler than portrayed on website/Insta. The 'Light' shade cream is almost white. Therefore it is of no use. Good quality brush.

I received a different product after a long wait. No refund or sending the correct product just automated messages.

Stay well clear. Just request a refund from your credit card company and refer to these reviews for additional proof of scam.

Horrible horrible quality. The bathing suit is nothing like the one they advertised. It’s way too big, fabric is cheap, loose and it doesn’t have push up as they said.
I tried to return but they insist that I keep it and that they will compensate me with 3USD!! This is a joke. Please, stay away from this company!!
