No stars. Avoid this company. Bogus tracking update emails received that show the order been delivered to a courier company with a residential postcode in Birmingham then no further updates. Money taken the day after the order unable to contact the company and no goods received. Wish I'd seen these reviews prior to placing the order.

Ordered £40 of goods which were incorrectly labelled medium on packet but 3xl inside. I've spent days interacting with them mainly AI generated responses only for them to say that it's not met their criteria for refund and as a good will gesture they will offer me £4. Avoid at all costs. Also discovered they are a part of Appruciat website so Iwould avoid them also.
