Crap

Crap … sending a bug report in app to jack with screens where it is and answer is buy pro plan cause all is in paid version. This was my second chance for them to just see if after around 9months they sorted issues with the app where I spot first time using them - they still there! All answers are “you need to paid version” so when asked for relevant person which have knowledge they just deleted my account. Definitely never ever use them, poor product and much worst support.

I’m writing to share my experience and to advise caution. This is not a real, structured company — it’s just a group of friends who used to clean cars a few years ago and later decided to launch an app. I joined their affiliate program and earned commissions from sharing my links, but I didn’t receive them. I tried to contact the team many times but got absolutely no response. I think I’ve been scammed and I want you to consider joining Fieldd’s program.

Hello,

Hello,

I’m writing to share my experience and to advise caution. This is not a real, structured company — it’s just a group of friends who used to clean cars a few years ago and later decided to launch an app.

I had a bad experience with them: my account was blocked for no valid reason, and they never responded to any of my emails. Their customer service is basically non-existent.

If you're a serious business looking for a reliable tool with real structure behind it, I suggest you think twice. They don’t operate like a professional company — more like a bunch of friends who act like they’re the next Steve Jobs, but without the discipline.

Best regards,

To The Owner Of Fieldd

Back in mid-December, I stumbled upon this company and was thrilled because it seemed to have everything we needed. I reached out immediately, and within a day, I heard back. I met Eduardo, who was kind, funny, and pleasant, and initially, everything seemed to be heading in a great direction. However, this was just before the holidays. After activating the 7-day trial, I learned they would be out of the office for a week.

I prepared my questions and sent them, as there was no one to talk to during the trial because everyone was out of the office for the holiday it made things very hard for us. This is a big decision for us, and we are NOT a small company. I had about 15 very easy and brief questions mainly about the software's functionality. I reached out to Eduardo, who then sent me a contract, suggesting we go ahead and sign up.

I explained that I had a few more things to test but was ready to proceed; having already begun entering a ton of our company's information in their software, we only needed to see a few functionalities, and that was it. Easy peasy.

I reached out multiple times ready to move forward without a response, weeks went by.

Then, I received a call from someone named Nick, who was new to me. He was very pleasant and mentioned he would be taking over for Eduardo, as he was busy with other tasks , I had no issue with this change.

I had to update Nick on our situation, as he was unaware where I left off with Ed which was a tad frustrating but again he was VERY kind.
He arranged a one-day free trial so I could finalize the necessary details before officially signing up. Since this 1 day trial happened on a Friday I decided to purchase their lowest package, allowing me to continue to work on implementation while they were off on the weekend and wait for my new contract by Monday. No response from anyone on Monday. ( Nick had told me he would get back to me soon), but I heard nothing back.

Days went by without any communication. I sent emails checking in, and got no response. I could see my emails were being opened, but no one was responding. I reached out via chat too but heard nothing.

Then, another person by the name of Adam called me. He was friendly but also unaware of the situation. I had to explain everything again, that I was now set up with Nick and was waiting for my contract and needed to pay my implementation fee, but instead, I was being passed around without any progress. He assured me he would investigate and that I would hear back soon. I was so happy to finally be “heard” and was really getting excited for the new year and new start.
He also mentioned to me about the trade show and that everyone was really busy and he let me know he would personally made this a priority and he would get back asap so we could get things going. That was on Wednesday of last week.

However, it’s been another four days without a response. Today, I emailed the team (excluding Adam, as I didn't have his email) to check in. I received a response from Nick, stating, "We didn’t reach out because you don’t get onboarding with the package you picked." I was utterly dumbfounded and furious. The entire reason I signed up for that package was to secure an extra days while I am waiting on my contracts and I PAID for their smaller package while I waited to hear back.
I spent the whole week messaging them, wanting to move forward . Its been over a month waiting on them.
All I wanted was to finalize my contract for my corporate account. I have emails showing how many times I reached out and it takes them 3 days to 1 week in between to get a response. I have quite literally have been begging at this point via email AND chat “support”

I truly feel that the owner of this company doesn't know what is going on or he would be so embarrassed, I have a lot of family in Texas, I was happy to be using a company in the US, I was happy to be using a company LOCALLY to a lot of my friends and family and since my family owns quite a few companies nearby I planned on passing their business info to my friends and family too.
I am sensing growing pains, and I am sure this is why this was very messy. I hate to leave a bad review but If I had the owners email I would've sent this to them.
It has been over 30 days, and I still can't sign up because they keep moving me around and are not good with communicating between departments.

Oh, and an update: while I was writing this, someone that sounded like an AI bot by the name of “ LOUSIE “ called and left a voicemail saying it's best we part ways, and they are refunding my $99.
Thank you for wasting 45 days of our time giving us the run around. I have a feeling they are going to raise prices and that is why they ditched me so they could get more money. This was such a weird experience.
I really hope they pull phone records and emails to see what has been happening with their company because this was a major fail.
BEST OF LUCK GUYS
