I paid £25 for their travel hoodie with eye mask, waited weeks for it and when it arrived it was in a SHEIN ziplock bag!

Ordered a month ago never turned up - couldn’t provide me with local tracking (it had come from the us and cleared customs etc supposingly) emailed and they said they were sending another one gave me another tracking number but this one coming from China this time

Update the second replacement has arrived - it’s poor quality - advert says wrinkle free mine has come with a stupid amount of creases in, looks like they keep them screwed up in the warehouse - struggling to leave a review on the website to pre warn people

If I could give no stars I would. I wish I had read reviews before buying 2 swimming costumes.
When they eventually arrived the material was flimsy and the costumes did not fit. They only pulled up half way. I tried to return and asked for a refund to be told they would only give me £3 of the £28 cost. This is not acceptable. Such a scam.

UPDATE!!!! Still not received my order , now ignoring my emails as well! Dispute has been raised by the bank ! SCAAAAMMMMMEEEERRRRSSSSS!!!!!!

Do not buy! Scammers! It’s been a month since I ordered and nothing has arrived !

I’ve emailed several times and their arsey replies make crap excuses and refuse to give me local tracking details!

Absolute scam! Refusing me a refund.
Purchased an item that took weeks to arrive, tracking said USA/china. Opened package to find the item was in Fact from shein in a shein ziplock bag! I was furious, item was Very poor quality, nothing like the pictures on their website of how they show quality to be. Just shocked they sent me a shein item! Total SCAM!

Please do not order from this company I thought it was u k based the items I ordered I want to return and say I will have to pay to return to china which will cost more than the items and they are offering me £8 refund
I have asked for a pre paid label to return they don’t do this they are scammers

DO NOT buy anything from this company!!!! I ordered 2 " cooling mats " I waited months for them even though it's shown as a UK site, I then found out they are coming from over seas. Anyway there was absolutely NOTHING cooling about them! I may as well have just given my dogs a towel to lay on I also had to spend money buying actual cooling mats for them locally. They tried to offer me 8 pound refund so I will take the matter further - what an insult! These products are NOT what they are advertised as. Stay away !!

Scam company, do not buy anything from these!

I read these reviews after placing an order and noticing that they had taken more out of my account than the order I had made!

I asked them to cancel the order immediately as per their website where it stated you can cancel for a full refund prior to them sending the item out.

They sent an email apologising for taking extra money and ignored the cancellation of order request.

I asked to cancel the order again and they then sent a dispatch notification from America and stated ‘we hope you accept this and keep the order’.

I’m fully expecting not to see my items, but it is now a nightmare having to chase this up with the bank.

Ordered a cooling blanket for my dog. Heatwave will be over by the time it arrives. Since it’s a UK domain I had no idea they were shipping from abroad.

Just had an email to see it’s cleared USA customs - 9 days after I ordered it.

Had to buy an alternative in the mean time so have made zero savings buying from them. Annoying

After 2 months of waiting, they arrived. A small parcel of seeds with no labels on. So no idea which seeds are which. I contacted customer services who responded with a photo of my order. Which didnt help AT ALL, as i was still left with several packs of seeds that i had no idea what was what. No instructions to plant or care, literally the seeds in plastic wallets without tags. I planted the seeds about a month ago and no signs of life. Thats £100 i’ll never get back.
They sell as if they are a UK company, but it gets ships from China to the USA then to UK. Bonkers.

Chinese company using a UK domain. Bought some seeds, took 3 weeks to arrive,tracking information gave a US destination. Only received half the order I paid for. Do not be fooled as I was, definitely one to avoid at all costs, remains to be seen of the seeds are the right ones. Ignored my demand for a refund.

If I could give a zero star I would. Chinese rubbish sent over not matching the impressive photos. Sizing not as advertised. Company refused to supply a return address for a refund, even though their website states they accept returns. Initially they offered me a £4 discount and are now refusing to reply to my emails completely. £25 wasted. Scammers. AVOID!
