Misleading Listing, Poor Customer Service, and Reneged Refund Promise
I made a purchase from fiducia-shop on January 23, 2024, with an order total of EUR 57.90. The item I bought was listed as a "TP-Link RE650 Dualband Gigabit WLAN Repeater Extender WiFi Verstärker 2600Mbps." However, upon receiving it, I encountered significant issues.
The listing claimed that the item had been checked and refurbished, but it became evident upon installation that it was faulty. It continuously went into a boot loop, rendering it unusable. Seeking clarification, I reached out to TP-Link support, who confirmed that the problem was indeed a hardware issue.
Initially, fiducia-shop agreed to issue a refund. However, to my dismay, they later reneged on their promise, citing that the 14-day window had passed, and they no longer cared about my concerns. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply disappointing.
This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service provided by this seller. As a consumer, I rely on accurate and transparent listings to make informed purchasing decisions.
