Another damn ripoff co. I purchased some dog tags for my pups, it's been 15 days and have not received them. Sent them an email, stated I no longer wanted them and I would be disputing the charge with my CC co. Since the time that I haven't received my tags, I looked at other reviews and many had the same experience that I've had. We have to shut down these types of businesses, although they'll probably change their name and continue on.

Scanned my dogs tag code - and NOTHING! No name, address, phone number. NOTHING! This “free” service is probably a marketing tool where they get your info and sale it to other Companies.

I ordered on April 6th and just got my tag today April 19th. I wanted to leave a good review since I was also skeptical about this company due to the reviews. I had seen an ad for this company on Instagram months ago and just recently decided to try it for myself. I rarely ever care to write a review but this is important to me. I had lost my dog recently so that’s why I felt inclined to try this company. I do want to note the tag is free and so is the process but I choose to pay the $1.89 for postage and packaging not sure if that made a difference or not. Anyway, anyone who’s worried about loosing their doggo get this tag.

I bought two tags one for each dog. Took a long time to receive. One of my dogs lost all his tags. I contacted them to see about a replacement. Three days later all I have is an email that they r looking into it. Unacceptable. If my dog was lost that three days is two days too long! Don’t expect them to do anything but take ur money. SCAM
Purchase on 2/2/25
Ordered my tags 2/2/25. It’s now 3/3/25… they said that don’t give shipping details/ tracking details because it could affect production. BULLSHYT! they also said that if it doesn’t come before or on 3/10/25, to “circle back” I spent $7.87 on these tags and I still haven’t gotten anything as far as a notice that they have my items shipped.

Responded to an ad on Facebook. Signed up for tags for all my pets Sept 30, 2024. They said it would take about 8 weeks. Get an email saying the tags had been delivered (they had not). I email them. They ask if the address is correct (it was). Then they say there was a glitch and it will be many more weeks until I receive the tags. I asked for a refund then and no response.
Never received my tags
I ordered 2 Fido tags and silencers, back in August here it is November still haven’t received them. Yet they took my money. I just keep getting the cat & mouse game. I have emailed them several times. They said they put my order in again cause they got lost . I say this is a scam!!!!! Stay far away from this company. If you have an iPhone you’re better off getting an AirTag collar and an AirTag to track your pets. Because that’s what I just did.. I did email them again and request my money refunded but we will see how that goes. I would never order off this company ever again!! I’m reporting them to the BBB. WARNING FOR EVERYONE do not order anything from this company they take your money but you don’t get the product!
I may have made a big mistake purchasing through this company
So far this seems like I made a mistake giving this company my money. Now I am worried since I paid by credit card. I ordered 2 tags and silencers for 2 different cats back in September.
I still have not recieved either.
I emailed customer service in October and they told me it was shipping problems not under their control since the tags had been sent. I just emailed them a few days ago and they said they would send them again. I find it hard to believe that both packages just got lost somewhere. I can't find any other way to reach customer service other than email. I thought there was supposed to be a chat option to comunicate with customer service but so far I can't find it. The response I got from Facebook messenger was to email them.
I have read where a few people seem to have had a good experience with this company but so far my experience is very disapointing. We love our pets and while the tags and the service is a very low price I would have prefered to pay more to get better service.

Fidoalert says it is free. This is false! I signed up and at the end they wanted $4.98, although this is reasonable, I will not do business with a company that lies to its consumers. Just tell people in advance if you need to pay for anything including taxes or shipping & handling

My cousin took my dog, Sugar home for the night. She text me and told me she couldn't find her the next morning. I contacted Fido and I couldn't believe it. Had her back home in a half hour. She got really sick and I had to put her down. My 11 year companion that my husband bought me.I had her 6 months and my husband had a heart attack and passed away. I've had her since. 2013 he passed away. I couldn't bear the fact she got so bad she couldn't breathe and I had to take her. I wanted to let you know that she has passed away. 408-71-8397 was her tag number. And I wanted to say thank you..
Need better customer service
** Update after 3 mos, I finally received the Tag, Still no reply back from customer service after multiple emails; just a autobot telling you someone will get back to you, Tag came with QR code and ID # with Dog name; you scan it if you find a lost dog with it, will take you online and ask you to fill out your info such as a phone number, once you submit it after clicking found pet, it sends an automatic text to the owner with ur phone number and name so they can contact you. If you find the dog, and you do not have a cellphone you cannot scan the QR code. This is useful for people who know what a QR code is and if they have a phone to scan. So pray that the person who finds your dog know what they are doing. Its still nice to have the owners phone number engraved on the Tag so people can just call. Its 50/50 for me and meant for people whos tech savvy, I still like the oldschool tags with phone numbers. Other than that I added 2 more stars since customer service is non responsive and shipping is way too long. Just make sure your dog is also microchipped, and your info us up to date, better safe that sorry.
I originally ordered in May and was promised my order would come before June 8 it never came, They process another order on June 18 And here we are July 3 Still no dog tag, Numerous email have been sent to the company that they just ignored, They have the worst customer service; I requested a refund And still have not heard from anybody From that company! They are a scam And I do not recommend anyone even spending a penny on those dog tags you’re better off just buying a custom one from Etsy at least you’ll get your order and on top of it all the seller will reply back to your email not ignore you for two months!!
Loved the first time, hating it the second time

However, 4 months ago I ordered another tag for our new kitten, and it hasn't arrived yet, even after multiple emailing back and forth with customer service, them making an order for the 2nd time, then 3rd time, I still don't have it.. Never received "tag printed" or "tag shipped" emails either, like I did the first time.
Very disappointed, and I don't understand if they became scammers or are having some kind of issues, short on staff, whatever.. I wish they were more transparent about what's going on, I'm just sick and tired of this, could have bought 2 new tags for our both cats elsewhere ages ago.

I came across FidoTabby Alert randomly on Facebook. I figured I could stand to be a touch more proactive when it came to making sure my super reactive dog had more information on him, just in case he managed to snake his way out the house or out of his slip collar the next time he heard a loud sound or saw a wild critter he just HAD to chase.
I checked out FidoTabby's site, figured S&H wasn't too shabby of a cost for a tag that could get my dog back home. So I sucked it up and bought it.
Well. I would have made a better choice dropping that money on a horse at the track. When I received the envelope that stated specifically on the outside that it had the tag in there, I was a bit excited. When I opened that envelope and all I saw inside was some pretty cardstock and a bone-shaped tag silencer... well... I was mad.
I was promised a dog tag for my dog, and I did not receive it. Upon reading the reviews and seeing the stories of how shoddy they are built, perhaps it's a good thing I didn't receive one. I would rather purchase a tag from another business, one I've frequented before, who delivered quality merchandise.
