We received the Keyes yesterday, and everything went through smoothly thanks to their hard work. The team was proactive, responsive and always kept us informed at every stage of the process. As first time buyers, we really appreciated how clearly things were explained and how quickly questions were handled.
Overall, a genuinely stress free experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying a home.

Amazing experience from a first time buyer perspective

I would describe my experience as satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement—particularly given the importance and stress involved in services like remortgaging.
My remortgage was completed successfully and on time, which I appreciate. However, my main disappointment was the lack of communication and reassurance throughout the process, especially towards the end. When I contacted the team for updates, I was simply advised to wait for an email, without any clear explanation of the next steps. It would have been much more helpful to receive a proactive update outlining the process and what to expect.
I was also concerned when I needed to pay the shortfall fee and was given bank details over the phone. When I asked if these could be sent by email for clarity and security, I was told this was not allowed, which I found unusual.
Overall, while the process was completed on time, it felt unnecessarily stressful due to limited communication. Having dealt with other companies in the past, I believe there are providers who offer a more reassuring and transparent service.

Incredibly dissatisfied
Incredibly dissatisfied, I am at the stage ready to complete and the incompetent team haven’t bothered to validate source of funds until now.
They have had all the information required since February, all searches and enquires are dealt with. I handed more information over 10 days and only today they have emailed me asking me for the same information the thanked me for 10 days ago.
Incredible slow with minimal communications and updates, and now there error of not checking the source of funds is holding up the whole chain, whilst they ask me to send proof of winnings I won online over 12 months ago that are not related to the sale or deposit of the house.
Wouldn’t recommend.

I found that they were very slow and took a long time to respond to queries. When they did answer it was generic replies rather than personalised to my circumstances. Would not recommend.
