First time Buyers
We just completed on our first home and had our conveyancing matters dealt with by Sam , Phoebe and Daisy. The whole process was extremely smooth and quick, with timely replies to our queries and updates. Every communication was polite and answers were thorough. Even when we were met with an unexpected delay on our original completion/exchange day (due to an issue with the sellers side of things) the team remained polite and informative despite our stressors and many a questions. I could not reccomend Fidler and pepper enough.
We originally expected to feel lost, confused and stressed, especially as first time buyers, but the processes in place within Fidler and pepper along with the staff made this process relaxed and stress free which helped us feel so much more excited to become homeowners.

Smooth process from start to the end
I used their services for buying a house and completed 3 days ago. To be honest , in the beginning , I did not expect the process that easy. The process could be easily tracked via user friendly application. Straightforward and useful. Communication was also managed on that application which is fast. All I can say is that the service was great.
The process went smoothly from the first day and completed on time without any problem. Special thank you for Sam, Daisy, and Phoebe. You are all great.
It was recommended by my mortgage advisor and at the end of the process , I can recommend them with piece of mind too.

Excellent Experience Buying My First Home
I recently used Fidler & Pepper Solicitors for the purchase of my first property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Ross and Amber were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond to any queries, and I never had to chase them for updates. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, with progress being updated promptly through the app, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
On the day of completion, Ross personally called me to confirm that everything had gone through successfully. Any money due back to me from my mortgage provider’s cashback offer was transferred to me straight away, which was greatly appreciated.

I was very well supported throughout the process even though halfway through I changed my plan to change the mortgage type but they accommodated me well with very reasonable charges.
