Easy & smooth process
Belinda & Annie were helpful and prompt in closing out our mortgage transfer. All done through an App and very easy - once the original questionnaire was filled out. Would definitely recommend using the company for house selling/buying legal work.

We completed our remortgage through F&P revently. They made what is usually a stressful experience, a very calm and easy process. Marissa Huffen & Leah Bull were both great with all forms of communication and made the whole experience very stress-free.

Short deadline to complete? Not a problem
Fidler & Pepper acted for us during our remortgage and we couldn't have been happier with the service. We only had a short time to get everything completed and they met the deadline. Our case was handled by Penny and Annie and their constant communication and efficiency really took all the stress out of the whole process. We would definitely be using them again in the future.

I was a bit wary of using the app to…
I was a bit wary of using the app to communicate and get everything done for my complex remortgage but i have been very very impressed. Any messages I sent were answered either the same day or by the next. It was so helpline seeing a timeline of where my mortgage was in the process of completion and anytime I did need to contact the office (only twice in the whole process and it was not a simple remortgage) I was grateful of Justina’s support and help. Can’t fault the service from Fiddler and Pepper at all. Thank you for making a stressful process simple and straightforward.

We were not represented by F&P, however
We were not represented by F&P, however the buyers of our property were.
We experienced F&P to be uncommunicative, unwilling to provide updates, copying and pasting the same email response to our Solicitor regardless of the questions asked, constantly blaming their client for delays despite the Estate Agent having seen evidence of this not being the case and not answer the phone to our Solicitor or Estate Agent almost daily No staff cover to progress the transaction when staff were away. Ultimately, we feel that our Conveyancing process was stalled by around 3 months due to F&P's lack of communication and laziness. Avoid unless you have time to waste.

Great help with remortgage for help to buy
As soon as I made contact with the firm the process was quick and easy. Melissa Fletcher with the help of her assistant kept me up to date with what was happening. Messages were sent when I needed to do something, this was done on the app. They responded to my messages rapidly.
The whole process was completed on the date that I asked them to.
