Kinda a scam...

There was a missing item in my order which they did fix by sending a replacement but still waiting on it...Sad to say but this store is that worth buying from and was very disappointed in the mystery scoop...You only get 10 item's which you pay £70 or $90 for...these item's you can get under 15 dollar's on Temu...Not worth it...Wayyy over charged me on shipping too...kinda a scam...

AMAZING, but there is a fake website

So, I first noticed that the fidgets were of AMAZING quality. Mrs. Bench is also super nice and has an amazing staff team. Sadly, there are fake Fidgettoys+ websites, so I think some negative reviews aren't from the real website. Her fidgets have lasted me years and her shipping comes quickly.

Also, I ordered a mystery package on Friday and I will post another review once I get it

I got the package today!! (Sep. 13, 2024) the packaging was amazing and the fidgets inside were even better! I got a free black and white fidget zipper bracelet. I ordered an avocado mystery package (highly recommend it) Overall, amazing experience.

Just plan ignorance

I had messaged the company because I entered a contest and had recieved a comment from a page named the same. I asked your company if it was scam or if I had actually won. Nobody actually took their time writing their reply. Instead it was one worded. And left at that. As a small business owner myself this is just disgusting, you should be polite, and actually care about your response to potention customers. I know I now will NOT be buying anything.

Came broken

some fidgets came broken and most of the others broke really quick. I didn’t even have most of them for 5 days before they just broke.

Ordered twice

I ordered 2 times from this company. 1st time nothing went wrong I had ordered an axolotl fidget toy, the Christmas mystery package and the cinnamon bun wall squishy no complaints other then I had wanted a blue axolotl (I received a pink one) so I ordered again. I ordered a (blue) axolotl, the fidget stuffed stocking and the pop rockers Christmas. I put in the comment section "May I please have a blue axolotl, please and thank you 😊" Shipping was extremely fast and I received my 2nd package.... well to my disappointment I have received an axolotl more gold then blue, half broke... my "stocking" had zero Christmas fidgets inside and 2 of them were broke.... needless to say that's the last time I will be ordering from here.... a little heart broken since half of the things I received are going to my niece....

This company does not care about its customers

I am appalled at the customer service at Fidget Toys Plus. Not once but twice I had defective items. The first was a dried out dough ball and when I let them know they refused to refund it and dismissed me as a customer. Silly me kept buying products because I'm a fan of Mrs. Bench. Recently once again though I bought the overpriced Halloween mystery package and when it came the pumpkin bucket it came in was smashed in. When I reached out to customer service they had the nerve to say oh that's fine just push it back in. Not even a sorry. So I did that and now the bucket is soft and discolored in that spot. Customer service said oh well the bucket came free with the item so we can't refund you and we can't control how things are handled when they ship. First of all you can by putting it in a box and not a bag. Yeah this company actually put a plastic bucket in a bag but still charged an outrageous shipping fee. They are claiming the bucket was a fun freebie with the mystery pack but because of its weight have to charge 12.99 in shipping even in the US. And regardless if it's free you still should not want to send out damaged items. The part that sucks the most is there was not a single apology. Do yourself a favor and save your money this store purposely gives out items that have been sitting so of course they are dried out, brittle, etc. and charge insane prices. I do not blame Mrs. Bench because I don't think she realizes how awful her customer service is but I hope she sees this and retrains Ariane because she is rude and dismissive and unfortunately everytime I've talked to customer service it seems to be her. There are so many good fidget sites without outrageous shipping fees and care about their customers. Do research and don't waste your time with this one.

Never again

Bought twice. First time, one item came half deflated and almost empty
The second time, got a strawberry poprocker, it is 90% deflated, to the point it can't even be used. $12 US thrown to the trash pretty much. Sad, was going to give it a chance but now I realize that she sends the good stuff to known youtubers and friends, and us normal customers just end up with the defective stuff. Never again.

0/5 stars

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Shipping was quick, and that was the best thing about FidgetToysPlus. The products I got were cheap and broke within 10 minutes of opening the packages. In order to keep prices cheap on their website, they charge you an absurd amount for shipping. Small business, yes, but you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

No package no refund 0 stars

The company uses an unreliable shipping service and refused to refund me despite never receiving my order. It seems to have been left in front of a white wall and the location does not say my flat number but someone else's who also does not have my parcel.
Overpriced and absolutely terrible customer service.

If I could give a -0 I would

If I could give a -0 I would. You bet off spending your money with aliexpress which is where they probably are getting their pieces from. A 40 inch unicorn on her site is $100 and on aliexpress is between $20-40! Clearly there is a difference in price and thus Mrs. Bench is clearly ripping customers off.
