Received good advice over the phone…
Received good advice over the phone prior to order. Ordering was pain free and quick delivery.
Had some fitment issues with pre-drilled holes in rails and fittings. Dry fit assembly of items couldn't stop fittings "rattling" and clearances were poor, despite maximum tightness on supplied screwbolts. Looks like all holes and bolts are clearanced to speed up assembly, but doesn't help when railings need to be rock solid.
Measured and re-drilled to suit site requirements, which took longer but result was much more secure.

This is how a company should be.
I ordered some I-beams in GRP, had a technical question after ordering, found the phone number, got a very good answer from a member of staff with excellent knowledge and was given a delivery date too (next day delivery). Very happy with the customer service, delivery speed and product quality.

Excellent product and service if a bit pricey!
The service from order to delivery at standard rates was two days when I ordered on a Sunday! The stone and cement sealant has enhanced the appearance but we have yet to test its ability to resist water ingress. I am about to order a third 20 litre container, conscious this product is more expensive than several competitors' prices!

Top quality; brilliant service
Bought some decking strips for garden steps. Top, top quality material, really helpful staff in chat when I had a question, then all cut to exact sizes I needed ... and all delivered within 24 hours!
I probably won't need to order again from FibreGrid any time soon because these will last years, but I highly recommend them to anyone.
