Size Not As Advertised

Size not as advertised! Not Happy!

The "Size Was Not As Advertised"! NOT HAPPY! So now I'm in the Return Process. They have my money, while I'm laboring to repackage and return the product, so now No Product and They Have My Money. I had asked for them NOT to put me in the Return Process and simply discount the purchase which would aid in me quickly having the mis-marked pants of the suit tailored to the advertised size. After 3 days, there was no response or resolution, so I let the public know my experience. They retaliated with a comment that's not becoming of a customer focused organization.

The bad thing is, I communicated with the seller, prior to purchase and shipment, with the hopes of assisting them to get it right the first time. I'm not happy with my purchase or the non-resolution. Not Happy!

I will not and can-not recommend Fashion House Inc. (fashionhouseinc) to any friends or family.
