Water turned scalding HOT then broke…
Regarding electric boiler bought from ff_europe via Amazon. Water turned scalding HOT then broke down within only 2 years!!!!! Tried to get customer support and they completely ignored us. Spend more money and get something that does not SCALD your family then break down in 2 short years. This a a faulty product.
It is the middle of an Austrian winter and we have no boiler. Boilers should last a MINIMUM of 10, maximum of 15 years!!! 2 years is unacceptable.
Breaking down at 2 years and being blown off by the company, despite getting BURNED by boiling water (it did this out of the blue!!!) is not acceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Be carefull NO WARRANTY!
I bought a radiator Dec25th 2021 (199€) that has been installed in my new house in April'22.
Now November 22 I switched on my heating system and the radiator is leaking. I've contacted FF Europe to ask how to proceed and they told me that despite the 2 years legal warranty they take in consideration only claims within 6 months! I've insisted but no way. My Suggestion select another seller more reliable

No warranty respect
Purchased a pressure washer from ff europe via amazon.de. The unit failed within 12 months. I asked for repair or replacement and the company refused, only offerong 40euros to repair at my responsibility.
Why is there apparent 24 month eu guarantee if suppliers refuse to repair an item which fails within 12 months? It seems to me that the real eu guarantee is 6 months only and after that vendors can do as they please.
Amazon.de also washing their hands of the issue as the item was bought on their marketplace.
In todays environment and with covid having deposited billions of euros into online seller bank accounts, one would think that these sellers would reapect at least a 12 month guarantee even if the eu 24 month period is apparently worthless when making a claim
