We got you a sofa that you liked, with a discount, and extremely fast, all while communicating with you all the time and answering all questions in a timely manner. Our delivery service was also there to assemble the sofa and dispose the packing material, both of which you declined.
About the two damaged parts of the product: things like this happen mostly during manipulation or transport. It was definitely not manufactured like that on purpose. But even if an small mistake passed through the quality control, you still have the product guarantee. As a matter of fact, the same day when we received the pictures you sent, we immediately ordered a new part and a new cover for the cushion, and those will be on their way to you next week. Also a service person will come to connect the part and replace the cover.
You did not send any evidence about your claim of "extremely poor quality", and just your claim could misinform the readers of these reviews. If you feel that there is any ground for your claim, we would really like to know about it so feel free to write to us any time. We are not running away. If there are any mistakes, we want to improve and not let that happen in future. If necessary, we will replace the whole sofa, if that is truly needed.
