Alex at Fettle Chichester was great - really fast and efficient to sort out my two punctures. Great service and good value.

I used the online booking system to book.
When I dropped off my wheel, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman.
I got a text later that day to say the work had been complete and I could pay via the online invoice which was helpful.
Picked up the wheel at my convenience

All in all a thorough, stress free process, top quality workmanship. Definately will use again

Trashed my rear derailleur on Saturday and decided to try out newly opened Fettle.

Alex assessed the bike and explained the process and timescales so I left it for the parts to be priced up and done

Great, friendly service. Very knowledgeable and professional bike mechanic. Kept updated when there was a delay in the arrival of parts. Once they’d arrived, repair was completed promptly.

Will at Fettle Chichester, constantly updated me about progress on my bike. There were couple of no fault hold ups, but kept me constantly informed. Really nice friendly and enthusiastic guy.
And my bike was spot on when I got it back.

Excellent service and repairs on my e-bike.

Popped in to get my rear hub serviced. They did a safety check and suggested a few bits to get done. I gave the bike a 45 mile test ride today on gravel and road.
