I had a drivetrain and headset inspection carried out as I've had bad experiences with botched repairs in the past and I had lingering concerns over my Canyon Aeroad. Fettle have already renewed the headset, and it is holding up perfectly, unlike the previous attempt by another shop which nearly caused an accident.
Santi commented on everything, made suggestions without a hard sell and I ended up not having any work done or incurring any costs but knowing that I will be going back when further servicing is required.
Though fettle is a bigger business it felt very much like a traditional LBS built on trust and knowledge. So I have no reservations in recommending them. They're also very good with canyons, and an approved service partner.
I feel relieved to have a local service partner I can trust.

Put my e-bike into Fettle Cambridge for repair as there was lots wrong with the bike,came back as the advert said..”as good as new”,great work,I’m well happy and a good price too.Definitely use Fettle again
Needed a quick repair before a race as I had accidentally rounded a bolt and my breaks were not working. Fettle sorted this within hours for great value. On top of that the staff were very kind and informative.
My son came home late afternoon from school with a flat tyre. We stopped at the Fettle shop nearby on our way. The manager said he could fix it before closing time. By the time we got home, I had a message saying the bike was ready. I was pleasantly surprised by their efficiency and pleased with the repair cost.
I initially went in to get my front brakes fixed and also asked for a safety check on my bike. The brakes were sorted perfectly, but after riding for a bit I noticed some issues with the gears. I brought it back, and a different person (Chad) did a full bicycle MOT and made sure everything was in top working order. Chad didn’t even charge me for the MOT, saying it should’ve been done from the start. Chad was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He clearly cares about doing a proper job. Highly recommend this shop!

The chap who did the work was very pleasant, patient and clear and answered any queries I had. I would definitely use this repair shop again, especially as it is the nearest bike repair shop to where I live.
Problem identified and rectified with solution discussed and agreed in a very timely manner. Bike riding again as it should.
I've used fettle a few times now and the service has been been great every time! Highly recommend.
Santi explained the service very well and gave me a clear picture of the additional work and parts required. He phoned me with a full quote after a couple of hours so that I could agree the work to be done. Work was complete and I had the bike back on the same day.
All done fast and on high professional level.

Expensive quote for repairing quite an old bike. Decided to buy a new one.
Good experience. It was easy to get the bike booked in for a service and the work was done quickly and well. I had the gear cables changed (among other things), and they inevitably stretched in the following weeks, but fettle readjusted them for free. The bike is riding very nicely now!

Canyon bike needed brakes bleeding and drop post sorting and he even put pedals on for me great and fantastic guy. Also give me great advice. Thank you
