Brilliant service and really straightforward. Chris checked and diagnosed the issues while I was there, and fixed them within 15 minutes

After the closure of an e bike shop in Bristol that we had been using for 12 years we were left with an e-bike in dire need of a service. We tried another well known shop in Bristol to service it but after looking at the bike they said they were unable to help. We then found fettle bikes on Cheltenham Road Bristol who were very professional and said bring it down and we will assess it for you. They assessed it, gave us a quotation which we agreed to and carried out the work. The bike was in a bit of a poor state but after a week or so, due to fettle having to wait for spare parts we had the bike returned to us back to its former glory. Fettle staff kept us updated each day with a text message and when we received the bike back and gave it a test drive we can confirm that fettle had done a fantastic job and we would recommend them to anyone.
