Everything went wrong

Support and customer focus has changed since acquired Crafty Clicks.
Unable to support the use of the product and unwilling to repay subscription for unused credits.

Been waiting 19 days for a call back or email. Fetchify's latest solution for Shopify cuts out partners entirely. Be aware: You sign your customer's up to use the platform, then they introduce a new credits system using Shopify's billing system - thus billing your client directly.

Have been using these since the day of craftyclicks 7-8 years ago. Excellent product and service. No complicated coding as there are plenty of plugins available. Never any hassle with issues, everything just works.

They were good when they were Crafty Clicks but Fetchify hiked their prices and no longer remotely competitive.

We moved to a new service and allowed our account to expire and they have continued to help themselves to a direct debit !

Easy to install, easy to use. Great solution for our NetSuite UI.

Easy integration, great support and does what it says on the tin.

Customer service is awful. They auto-renew your subscription without any advance warning or opportunity to cancel it. There are far better companies out there, offering the same service for less money. Please shop around before you use this company.

Solid product and customer service

We use this service to provide customers with access to new post codes which we use to provide accurate radial searching for recruiters to find candidates.

Simple to integrate API with affordable pricing and a very friendly/helpful support team.

Whilst the product itself is fine, there is a big issue with the way they sell it. Some time ago they changed their pricing structure & we were moved to one of their new packages, foolishly I didn't check at the time that this was the best for us & so I ended up paying more than double what I should have. Really, don't believe their sales guys, or you too could end up being over-sold.

You asked for a review days after putting up prices. Looking for an alternative service.

Required some support over an issue we were having, and the support we were given was first class. Fetchify have been a really good tool for us, and as we grow and up our usage, we can only see it being worthwhile more and more.

Since e-clinic has integrated with Fetchify we have found our clients have been able to accuracy manage their patients address and contact information.
This has increased our clients turnover due to them no longer receiving bounce back emails or wrong phone numbers when marketing out promotions.
I would highly recommend this provider and the staff are on hand to assist whenever needed.

Great product, fair pricing, reliable API - all good, highly recommended. We switched from one of the other household names, and haven't seen any reduction in quality.

The Fetchify team are always super responsive, helpful and get things done very quickly. We have used other address verification providers in the past but the services is no where near as good.

Can't fault it

Brilliant, used this to replace Google Places API which kept failing (running into auto complete issues for UK addresses). Since setting up I've had no issues whatsoever. The product is designed to do exactly what it says and fits in nicely with WooCommerce checkout. Highly recommended.
