The company are going out of business

The company are going out of business! Do not book with them. If you don't have a refund you are now likely to lose your money. I'm now at least sure I will lose the money they owe me for a booking they cancelled and refused to refund ☹️
An article just went up on the Ticketing Business website and it looks like the business is a lost cause!

They don't read emails and send useless responses while keeping your money

Festicket have applied for a moratorium on legal action which is the first step companies use to stave off bankruptcy. They're in trouble, as we all guessed.

6 weeks after requesting a refund for accommodation that has to be cancelled because Festicket cancelled my tickets.

9 days after I last posted on here about what a shower of incompetent thieves they are.

They replied on here to say "We have emailed you"!

And they have. They emailed me a cut n paste standard reply saying to use the cancellation insurance I bought to get a refund.

The insurance only has certain categories under which you can claim.

"Festicket screwed up my order and stole my money" is not an option and Festicket know that I cannot make a claim through the insurance they sold me.

Yet another delaying tactic from a bunch of scammers who have no intention of ever paying me back.

I have replied to their email. I wonder how many weeks they will take to respond... I also don't think they'll read it even if they do respond, but I'll now be charging them £47.50 per hour (or part thereof) every time I have to try and explain to them that they should read the whole email exchange and actually give a proper response, rather than a cut n paste job.

If I have to invoice them I *will* take them to small claims court if/when they then don't pay the bills.

Maybe we should all do this - if nothing else they're going to look pretty bad with all the CCJs they'll have lodged against them for non payment of invoices they were told in advance they would be getting.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Been waiting for a refund for a cancelled show for more then a month and even after numerous emails, they have yet to respond. Don’t ever ever EVER book tickets with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY TICKETS

Paid for 8 festival tickets for All Points East (received booking confirmation and all) that were supposed to be delivered via the festival’s app. Only able to see 3 tickets in the app. Checked with the app provider and they mentioned only 3 tickets are visible on the order and I should contact Festicket. Contacted Festicket customer support and only received an automated answer. I paid a total of over £500 for these tickets, I will be reporting them as scammers to Citizens Advice and relevant government consumer protection agencies as they did not deliver the product that was paid for.

Update: Went to the box office at the festival where I was told that the entire order had been cancelled by Festicket with no notice. I had to buy 2 ADDITIONAL tickets on the spot so my friend and I could get in. Waiting for a refund for all 8 tickets, no contact from them. Reported a fraudulent charge for the whole amount with my bank today. Order #2670927

Worst experience I’ve ever had

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Poor service, which only replies with standard emails to my messages. Although they promised to refund my tickets, still no payment received after almost one year now. Would not recommend to book with them.

Saga Calvin Harris Mamaia

I purchased tickets for the Saga Calvin Harris on 30/07, in Mamaia, Romania. One week before the event, I was notified by Festicket that the show has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In the e-mail, it said that I had 2 options: request a refund, or tickets for the Saga 2023 in Bucharest. I opted for a refund, although it stated that even if we won’t fill out the form to express our option, we would still get our money back automatically within 30 days. Long story short, I’ve not received any refund and apparently I won’t see my money back as I got an e-mail today saying that my tickets didn’t have a booking protection! That is preposterous, there was nothing mentioned about any booking protection, it just said we will get our refund because the event was cancelled. It’s not like I’ve changed my mind and didn’t want to go. What am I supposed to do from now on, buy tickets with protection and pay more just because some festivals might be cancelled?? Or buy without and be unprotected, and hope that any future festivals that I want to go to, won’t be cancelled, because in this case I’ll lose my money?? Ridiculous. My advice, don’t buy any tickets for the Saga festivals, as they tend to cancel a lot of shows, this is not the first one, and don’t buy through Festicket either. I thought they would be fair and correct but they’re not.

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been waiting for a refund since April and despite my weekly follow ups it still has not been paid. Absolutely disgraceful company who are essentially stealing from their customers. I would rather eat glass than ever attend an event hosted by these deceitful people.

Promised refund still not issued! third review!!!

This is my third review for this company and to be honest it is shocking.

I received the wrong tickets for an event due to a booking system error (first order ID 347566) and after a week of emailing to amend this I received a response from and advisor called Mary stating that if I repurchase the correct tickets and send proof, I would receive a face value refund. I did this almost immediately and sent back the new order ID #3505837. I have heard nothing since. No response and after opening several tickets. I have just received an email stating that all my tickets are now closed. I am absolutely appalled by this customer service and want to know where my promised refund is!!! I am now out £250! After all this was not my mistake it was their booking systems error!

I have submitted my request to Festicket more than once to amend my tickets and am still awaiting a reply says 24-48hrs it’s been a whole week if someone could please get in contact asap would be greatly appreciated. I wish there was a better way to go through this system on amendments or speak to an actual person?

Basically I have tried to amend a refund, i have pressed on “information on your booking protection” (basically I had booking protection so I can ask for a refund) but when I clicked on the link they provided it shows error. So I submitted a request but no response. And then I went on the link “support.live” blabla that they are giving on the answer but it’s also “page not found”. I now don’t know how to contact them I have searched for email address but can’t find anything? Booking IDs (order number): 2680897 & 3400511 & 3595353.

Illegally robbed me of £140

UPDATE: I can't believe the disgraceful level of service I have been given. I have submitted ANOTHER request after getting a response and now I am being told that I won't receive my refund because I didn't protect the booking. THEY OFFERED ME A REFUND!! If they had said this in the first place I could have sold my tickets but because they reassured me I would get a refund due to the cancellation I didn't sell them. The other option was to still go to the concert but AGAIN, they offered me a refund! So we came to the conclusion this was the easiest option. They have still robbed me of £140 and I didn't go to the concert I paid for because they lied to me!

I will very rarely write a bad review but if I could give 0 I would. I bought tickets for RockinRio Lisboa to see Foo Fighters. When they cancelled, we were offered a refund, which I filled in two forms for and then was told that my refund would be processed in 7-10 working days. I have since chased this up several times over a number of months and been told a varied amount of excuses as to why my refund hasn't been processed yet. I have even had to email my bank details over for my refund to still not be processed. I have chased this multiple times via email and social media to just be now ignored. I have now lost £140 which they have effectively robbed me of. If I had robbed £140 from someone I would be committing an illegal act, and that's exactly what they have done and getting away with it. Absolutely disgusting and if anyone ever suggests of buying any event or concert tickets in the future I will certainly make sure Festicket do not get their business.

Shameful Experience

I've been waiting MONTHS for my ticket! Nothing has been done to resolve this...all I get is an automatic response.

The last time someone tried to get in touch with me was on the 15th of July, only to repeat the same thing on the automated message.

You've taken my money. This is unacceptable.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. I going to sonus festival in a few days and when I try to login to the app using my email they don’t send me a link to login. When I login using the same email with appleID I can get in but then my tickets are not showing. I have tried to contact them on every platform including their so called customer services to which I’ve had no respose.

Not received REFUND

Update 20 October 2022.
Still NO refund and communication has fully stopped 😔
DO NOT TRUST OR GO THREW THIS COMPANY!!

The concert I was meant to go to "Made in the 90s Festival 2022 Auckland" 26th March 2022 got CANCELLED. I received a email to confirm this on the 10th of March 2022. On this email it clearly says.

This email is regarding your purchase for Made in the 90s Festival 2022 - Auckland from Festicket.

We regret to inform you that this event has unfortunately been cancelled.

We will shortly issue a full face value refund back to the original payment method. Please note this can take up to 28 working days for the refund to reach you. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

You need to take no further action.

I paid for booking protect to make sure I'll get my money back. 5 months later still no refund and communication has stopped when I wanted to make a complaint.

Very disappointed.

I have tired to get in contact with…

I have tired to get in contact with Festicket on numerous platforms and no response, with an event this weekend and no communication or information at all if is not acceptable. We have booked a 6 person apartment with yourselves at the Superior 3*+ Apartment, 53291 Novalja, Croatia, order number #3412564. And have no address or any info! We can’t book any transfers because we don’t know where it is.
