Torpoint Ferry Plymouth scam

Torpoint Ferry Plymouth scam i drove with my son the woman came to my son window for payment MY SON whent to pay with hia bank cardand we were RUDELY told they only taking cash £260 wenever carry cash she came back with paper told us we were being charge £5.20 DOUBLE WE HAD 5 DAYS TO PHONE A NUMBERto it if we did't we be find £60 we had to wait in the car parking lane there was no OBVIOUS WARNING SIGNS SAYING CASH ONLY so when you on the ferry your trapped they all so operate the TAMAR BRIDGE WERE YOU JUST TAP YOUR CARD TO PAY My son rang the number on the ticket to pay th fine they took payment of the £5.20 and we were sill on the ferry so why can they not take the charge of the £2.60 on the phone BECUASE IT JUST A SCAM IT WAS NOT A NICE END TO MY DAY OUT ON MY 79 Birthday i think they put there staff in danger of violence should one of the cars with on cash passengers get up set as they treat you like a criminal just because you dont carry cash as many dont these day
