We produce premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold-extracted and handpicked from our grove in Cianciana, Agrigento. My grove is home to magnificent olive trees - some nearly 300 years old. These ancient trees, combined with a few newer plantings to add depth and complexity to the flavour, create an oil unlike any other. Every autumn, we handpick each olive at peak ripeness. Our careful harvesting process uses around 15kg of olives to produce just 1 litre of our oil. Yes, we get less oil this way, but what we lose in quantity, we make up for in extraordinary quality. The result? A golden, richly flavoured extra virgin olive oil with a vibrant peppery taste and numerous health benefits.
