First Class letting experience

We have had our property for let through Ferris & Co for some 8 years and have had a truly professional managed service throughout. From the initial rental advice and valuation, first viewings and through 4 changes in tenants the whole experience, help and advice received from Justine and her lettings team has been impeccable. Under Justine’s influence and professional guidance the team have gone out of their way to ensure that where issues have arisen they were all dealt with competently and efficiently. Many thanks Justine and all in your team.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending their letting services.

Wouldn’t go with them again

Wouldn’t go with them again filled forms in saying one reg blind had knee replacement and hip replacement and was age 83 years of age paid extra for leg room and they shoved us upstairs with no extra room so no would not go with them again when complained they don’t want to no.

great idea, NOT great www, nor app

great idea, good stuff....but not so well working app nor www. Being in front of the building to collect the stuff I want, I realise that he has not given all the info (flat number) so I can not collect it. Tried the app - it does not let me login...(for the record, I have created websites, design etc. so I know a bit how this works) . I'm sure I use the right email and password. After 3h 30 min in bus going and back home, I'm opening my computer and trying to explain to the person giving some stuff, what happened and how I did not manage to contact him ..and now I get "error posting message. pl try again". I have already spent 5 hours...Pl respect other people's time as you respect the planet, the no waste philosophy etc.
~ I try not to give negative reviews but in this case, I hope this helps.

A wonderful app

I was so pleased to finally be able to give my items away to a loving, needed home. A quick easy experience using the app and communication was straight forward with the pick up.
Definitely on my list to do. De clutter and help the planet!
