Great quality of chocolate. I always eat with pleasure my favourite Kinder Chocolate Bars. It's a taste of my childhood! No matter how many years passed this chocolate will never be other.

When I was a kid

When I was a kid, I promised myself that when I grew up, I’d buy 100 Kinder Joy bars. I only ever got Kinder Joy on special occasions (like Easter or Christmas). I remember that taste—it’s pure bliss for my taste buds. Today, after a very long time, I decided to experience that sensation again (I probably haven’t had one in five years, maybe even longer). I’ve never been so disappointed—it’s like I ate a knockoff of Kinder Joy, and there used to be a lot of those cheap versions of Kinder Joy back in the day, and now they’re just a cheap version of themselves. I’m really disappointed; I won’t even mention the toys, because that’s a whole other topic. I still remember an ad in Ukraine with the slogan "Kinder Surprise always brings joy," and well, that "always" has come to an end

Im from the 90’s and it’s disappointing how my childhood lost the quality with the crap toys you are doing now, before you had more imagination and details, now I got shtty truck with a cardboard as a container, bad bad bad

If I could leave no stars I would.

If I could leave no stars I would.
I have contacted Kinder and Ferrero over the last 10 months. They contaminated our chocolate goods with salmonella, they now say they lost my images and product proof and guess what?! That's now my fault. It's disgusting and an absolute waste of money and time. Kinder do not care one bit about the customer.

I have found a massive black curly hair…

I have found a massive black curly hair in my kinder sandwich when I put the complaint the customer service got back to me with information that quality control is essential for them and they believed it was single incident and offer £3 voucher.. think I will stop buying their products.. shame

Product recall - Kinder (April 2022)

I am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed several times and after each occasion told a voucher will be sent within 28 days. Nothing received. I haven't received a response to my latest email at the start of this month.

I don't know who to escalate this. Customer service on this matter leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

Terrible customer service

Diabolical like so many other people we are still waiting to get our money back from the recall. I have emailed countless times and even got the CEO's email address. Still not heard anything, I think this says it all, will never purchase anything from this company again!

TERRIBLE. Still awaiting a refund 6 months later.

Well like so many other customers, it's been 6 months since Ferrero recalled certain Kinder products, and I am STILL waiting on a refund for the chocolate that I bought. 6 long months!!

I have contacted Ferrero UK SIX times now, and have only had one response in that time. They claim that they will provide a refund, but nothing ever transpires.

I am frankly disgusted with the complete lack of communication and appalling customer service. These chocolates were recalled because of a salmonella scare - Ferrero should be doing their utmost to make amends and correct the damage to their now non-existent reputation.

I will never buy another Kinder product again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

was promised choc bundle and a voucher recorded delivery asked 22 times nothing sent no trcking nothing also rang 8 times still nothing been going on since april 2022 shocking will never buy again from them .........

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. I contacted company after hearing about recall of products as we bought some jkinder eggs. I was promised voucher within 28 days. Why it should take 28 days? Royal mail takes 7 days max to deliver. But never mind, I was willing to wait. Nothing came. I called them second time and same thing happened. Called third time and was advised to raise the complaint over the email. That was 3 days ago. I just read all these reviews and understand that I can just forget the refund as there are so many like me, so many that this story was even published in the Sun newspapers. What a shame and disgrace for Ferrero. I thought well of Ferrero before but not anymore.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. Contacted them four months ago about recalled Kinder eggs. Despite giving them my address several times as requested and promise of vouchers within 28 days, NOTHING!

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. I contacted them following the recall for their Easter products, they offered me a voucher to which I said no and requested a full refund (as per my statutory right). They sent me an email confirming that the voucher had been sent but I never gave them my address!! I’ve made several attempts at contacting them since and I’ve had no reply. It’s disgusting. They’ve basically stolen money from me. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service and will never buy from them again.

Disgusting company!

If there will be option I will give them 0. I spent over £35 for Easter eggs and when I made recall I recieved voucher for £10. Send e-mails no replays! This is a joke!!!
I stopped buying any Ferrero products!
