I ordered mid night delivery of flowers and 2 cakes for my sister's birthday which was not delivered. I ordered 2 cakes so that one can be cut at midnight and one on birthday. They hugely disappointed me on that. Next day they took their sweet time and delivered at 5pm! The whole day was gone. Red velvet cake was stale and they are not prepared to take responsibility or refund it. They were offering me delivery slot money as good will gesture really! You are refunding it because you did not deliver on the time slot. Poor customer service.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the cake. The apple used on the cake was not fresh, which affected both the taste and overall experience. This is not the standard I expected, and I am concerned that the quality of your products seems to be declining.

Poor service. They didn’t deliver the cake and the gift citing technical issues specially after sending confirmation, acceptance, and out for delivery emails. My family had to arrange a cake at the last minute. Won’t use again.

If I could give 0, I would.
I have been ordering with them for years and was generally happy with their service and products, but in the past year or so not only are they extremely unreliable but they have now resorted to lying and completely ghosting you once they have messed up. My order was straightforward not complicated. Not only have they still (after 4 days) not delivered the product, they have wrongfully sent me a message that the product was delivered yesterday - complete lies!! No one responds from the customer service team and I just get messages saying we are looking into it.
So to summarize, they have taken my money, called my parent at 10:30 at night to disturb them when they are asleep and despite this not delivered the product.

My personalise rakhi mugs had wrong names on them. Wrong mugs were sent to the wrong brother. One mug had a name I didn't recognise.
I called from London to complain as I am living here. I was told I need all the photos. I could only get 2 as other brothers were travelling or busy.
This is not just humiliating and embarrassing. It has cost me INR4k in calls and I had to spend more to get different gifts sent to my brothers.

I will never use this company again. I am deeply embarrassed and my whole rakhi has been spoilt.

Complaints mean nothing to this company. They ignore you.

It's time to take legal action against them or just BOYCOTT them

This company has always disappointed us with their service and this time they messed up our order on Mother's day.
Pathetic customer service and pathetic delivery service.
DO NOT recommend this vendor to anyone and won't order anymore.

The negative experience starts with the most basic aspect - The product delivered did not match the description. The flowers were already drying by the time I received it.
Also, the product description clearly mentioned - "The bouquet is filled with 400-500 ml of water and wrapped tightly with cellophane at the bottom so the bouquet stays fresh for days.". But when I received the bouquet, there was no water anywhere. Also, the name of the product was "Standing Bouquet", but there was no way it could be made to stand because there was no base provided.
And then there's the issue of time slots. Their time slot says 8 AM to 3 PM. Even for orders which are placed many days in advance, this is the time slot. Even then I went ahead and placed the order hoping that atleast by 11 AM the recipient would get the order. But the bouquet was received just slightly before 3 PM. So technically they delivered on time, but the whole purpose of birthday flowers gets defeated if the recipient is getting the flowers when half their birthday is already over. Then what is the delivery fees of 100 Rs taken for? And what is the convenience fees taken for? This was the last time I am ordering from Fnp.

Slightly expensive these days , but product quantity is good , i got flowers delivered and they lasted for 10 days . Although flower didn't have any natural fragrance they had good texture and quality

Great experience on ferns and petals for gifting loved ones. Lots of variety in gifts and easy process of ordering and delivery on time. Would recommend F&P to friends for an unique gifting experience

Order 35 roses for my wife for xmas (sgd119 order nr 285527) and the 3rd day morning after having taken care of them they all were dying...the 4th day they all gone. Complaint to their support in India to no avail as complaints should be done within 24hours of delivery. This company is very bad and their flowers are even worst. Do not patronise them as they are the worst of the worst !

The company asked for my order number but it seems a way to burry the dust under the carpet...only words and no action

My experience with Ferns and Petals is a good. They have delivered on time and also do give good discounts on the products.
This is the only site I trust. One time I used indiacakes.com never got the delivery and also my money was never refunded.
I am never leaving Ferns and petals
