Interests too high!!!
They should work a bit more on reducing interest on money they lend. In my case it was nearly 70% of the borrowed capital!!!

FOS upheld my complaint back on 16th…
FOS upheld my complaint back on 16th June but Fernovo didn’t respond back to them until 21/7 to accept this proposal. They contacted me 24/7 to ask for my account details and again on 27/7 to provide the details of the redress. When I asked when payment would be made I was told they had a further 30 days to send this. I don’t see what they delay is now and have chased to get this actioned sooner. The original complaint was raised in February
* still hasn’t been sent and emails have been ignored 4/8. 2 weeks now after agreement was made
