I recently took my car to Ferndale Auto’s on Ferndale Road, Brixton for a respray, and I just want to say a big thank you to Mark and his professional team.

They did an absolutely fantastic job! Mark and his team are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and have a genuinely caring and kind disposition.

The finished result was superb, the total cost was excellent, and the service and turnaround time were outstanding.

I can 100% genuinely recommend Mark and Ferndale Auto’s — they truly go above and beyond!

Every year I take my car for mot with you guys I wouldn't take it anywhere else .

Been a customer for many years. Friendly and helpful staff, seem genuinely interested in keeping older vehicles running well. Having been previously ripped off by main dealers, I learnt not to judge the independents by their cover and hope to continue to provide my custom in the future

The worst ever service. Booked in for 10.30 slot then get call saying only 11.30 was available so brought the car for the allocated time and left the keys with the receptionist was told that they will call once mot had finished. After 1:30 I call to find out if the car mot was done, the receptionist told me that they didn’t do it and the tester was now packing up to go home but when the other one come at 2pm it will be done. No explanation what caused the situation. The mot failed with brake pad excessive worn my mechanics changed it but said there was more than 1.5cm and offside and near side suspension pin. That was needed was in-fact changed last year. He checked it and found the it was only one that was needed to change. Anyway the car was returned the Friday for re test and was now told that there’s no body available to do the test, I must come back 8am the next morning. I would never use this company again they have no schedule they are rude and ignorant.

Really good, quick and efficient garage. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing but first class service all the way. Today I had my 3rd MOT with Ferndale. I’m always a happy customer and that’s why I keep going back. Good customer service and if there’s something you don’t understand then it’s not too much trouble for them to explain it to you.
Mark did my MOT and was genuinely a nice guy and very professional. I would recommend Ferndale auto’s any day.

Booked my MOT, it was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Also gave me some hints and tips for maintenance.

Excellent customer service, great communication and reliable. Mark is an honest and transparent person and always does his best to meet everyone’s needs. He is flexible and very accommodating. My car completely broke down in July -I took it in and it needed a new clutch .
Even though time was very tight Mark sorted it and I got to visit my mum in Hereford for the first time in six months for her birthday weekend in lockdown

The testers are really knowledgeable, often giving advice on preventative maintenance.

Rang for and urgent MOT and was told “We have a spare slot if you can get here in 15 mins”.

I dropped by without an appointment as I had a problem with my tyre and they managed to fix it immediately, all very professional I would certainly use them again .

Not so great at the mechanical side of cars. Charged £65 for an analysis. They wanted me to sign a disclaimer so they could do the work. I wasn't filled with confidence as I've never been asked to sign a disclaimer before - ever.

I wanted to get a second opinion but couldn't collect my car straight away. I was told that I would have to pay a storage fee. Speechless. I collected it when I said I would and didn't pay storage.

Absolutely great service. Turned up for my MOT, the staff were courteous and helpful. Got my MOT done with feedback from the test engineer, would definitely use them again.

Just had my MOT done this morning and as always, a great experience. The entire team, from the receptionist to the examiners are courteous and very professional. Booked in for 10.00 and in front of the ramp, ready to go at 09:59! Been coming to this garage for over twenty years and I would definitely recommend it.

Booked for an MOT,arrived at appointed time,Rolled straight onto PIT. There was no more than a 2 min delay while paper work was completed for the previous Vehicle.
Inspection commenced,half way through a customer pulls up with an Urgent issue,he wanted an opinion & The Inspector attending to My Vehicle asked if I would mind if he took a quick look.

I had no issue with this,and within minutes had rectified the customers concerns and they made a new appointment for him.

The Inspector highlighted minor advisories to me, offered me beverages and continued or complete the task at hand.

MOT Completed,fast & very proficient.

Take my Vehicles there every year, and will continue to do so.
