Sadly this TV ( well ours) doesn’t really do anything other than be a monitor extension to an iPad.
The ITV app is out of date and doesn’t work. Anything we manage to download ( at home using strong wifi) using either BBC iPlayer or Netflix stops after about 10 minutes with an error message. We cannot get the TV to link to our iPhones - as a hot spot despite being advised that we could!
Sadly I won’t be recommending this product to anyone. And finally after only 3 days the ‘r ‘ in Ferguson fell off the TV - that says it all.

Smooth transaction. Love the tablet, I have one niggle, the battery life is not as long as I would have hoped for and it take quite a while to recharge.

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with the tv if you were to have an issue and the tv is under warranty we would have arranged to bring this into us for an inspection. Without having the tv here we cannot confirm what the issue is. Very unfortunate to hear you feel our customer service staff are useless as they are all fully train and very knowledgeable of the TVs and how they function.

Missed delivery date. Sorry about the criticism but as long as it will arrive today it will be fine. I did check and the website said I was in time though as I was worried that I might have missed the
I ordered this on Monday and the website said it was in time for next day delivery but it is now 8pm and no sign of it. I'm not surprised as there was no communication from them all day. Hopefully it will turn up tomorrow but it is still another day without a TV and one of the reasons I used this website was its promise of next day delivery.

When you contacted us regarding the TV not arriving, we advised why this was not next day. The order was placed at 2.37pm. It states on the website orders needed to be placed before 2.30pm. The driver was in the warehouse already loaded and this could not be added to the wagon. The order was unfortunately placed before the cut of time. If this Had have been ordered in time, we would have been able to get this out to you next day. I do try my upmost to get orders out if I can depending on the driver. Kind Regards I have looked at the order you placed and this was Thursday 1st september 14.37. You did not place the order on the monday the order was processed the next day . The website clearly states order before 2.30pm and unfortunately you did not. So next day delivery was not applicable to you. kind Regards
I have had a Cello Dual voltage Tv DVD…
I have had a Cello Dual voltage Tv DVD combo I’m my caravan for about 20 yrs and recently I couldn’t get it to turn on Then it turned on unexpectedly and I couldn’t turn it off
I was so happy with it that I wanted to buy exactly the same one again
But I had to ring the Ferguson/ Cello customer services and I wish I could remember the lady’s name because she was exceptionally helpful
This Tv is about a quarter of the price of an Avtex Special Tv for caravans and it couldn’t have an easier way to retune it and has a top quality picture and sound
