Hi, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review, You can adjust the sound to your own personal preference. If you go into the sound menu and then to User, there you can adjust the base and the treble. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the stand for the tv unfortunately this is the balance out the weigh of the tv as a center stand would not work as well.

Cello 12 volt & 240 volt 19inch TV
A good little tv . Difficulty understanding about the 12 volt option. Which is very good if camping off grid .
When I rang Cello up for help they were very helpful and no waiting to speak to someone a very quick response. Well pleased.

Got a 24inch one with dvd player for…
Got a 24inch one with dvd player for our caravan got back to van wouldn’t fit on shelf because legs were to wide needs a centre stand then had to buy wall mount ,then the speakers are a bit tinny
but apart from that it’s great value for money everything is nice and light gets all the satellite stations we need love it 😍

Good tv with great features
Good tv with great features. Overall very happy. I would have given 5 stars but there is a dead pixel on the screen which occasionally annoys me.

Does your computer have hiccups?
I said that when I telephoned to say that my television sounded very tinny, I was told that that was because I had bought a small television.
I have another television of the same size by Panasonic and that does not sound tinny.

I bought the TV for use in my caravan but was a little disappointed that the number of channels I was able to down load were less than the number in another small television that it was taking the place of. It did seem to be difficult to down load any channels on the first attempt. My other small TV had 82 channels the Ferguson on 40, they both had the same number of radio channels.

We can advise on retuning at different intervals as sometimes the signals can be weaker and limit the channels. We can suggest different ways on retuning if that helps. The tvs screen was all smashed in and because it was Christmas time I did not open it till Christmas it got wrapped up when I reported it they did nothing at all because it had been over 28 days useless they are

The first contact was made on the 18/01/22. We then did not receive any emails back to us until the 15/02. We would advise to check on the delivery incase there is damage as we can only replace this if the item is damaged on delivery. Kind Regards
Excellent picture quality - sound could be improved
Excellent picture quality on our Cello 24 inch TV - better than our previous Avtex TV. Both used for our caravan. The only disappointment is the sound quality which could be improved on. That being said my wife and I are still very pleased to have chosen a Cello TV
