Shocking!!

Shocking!!! Don’t use this dreadful clinic in Istanbul. They tried to charge me double, and after disputing their claim got my money back from the bank. The service is awful, and after care forget it.🙁
The reply they have added is totally false. I did send an X-ray from my UK dentist, and I was sent a contract and price from Fera Clinic. When I had my consultation in Istanbul, they said I needed more work and asked me for more money. When they got my extra money (double) the said at the end of my treatment, I didn’t need the extra work and refused to give me the extra money back. I contacted my bank, and they paid me the extra money back, agreeing with me that they had charged me and not done the work. This is dishonest, and people should be aware of this. Not just my experience, look at the other reviews, this is a common theme. Avoid !!!

Nightmare from start to finish

Nightmare from start to finish. It was double the original price. I was butchered! They know exactly what they are doing. They now are withholding my dental passport which is stopping me from going to another clinic. Their aftercare is non existent. Please avoid at all costs.

My experience with FeRa Clinic is a…

My experienced with FeRa Clinic is really bad. It’s turn to be more expensive and I felt I was being robbed by the consultant.
1.They asked more money and not following the treatment plan.
2. The medical consultant is offering something but it was not applied to treatment BEWARE! ( street seller)
3. The clinic do not entertain the patient, they only care about more money you have to pay before treatment really badly.
I do not Recommend the clinic.
4. FeRa clinic is not a professional clinic. They don’t have proper receipt to give.
5. My own experience, You don’t know what you are paying for, in my case I am not very happy with my treatment, I in pain, hotel has no internet out first visit.
Very bad consultant named (Tony) the consultants doesn’t know what he is doing and saying. Probably he knows just how to get money out of people.
Please be aware of this Clinic. I never reviewed but I think I need to aware other people about my experienced with FeRa.

I do not recommend this clinic in any way (not even to my enemies). A lot of money, very bad service, lack of professionalism. I will come back with concrete posts soon.

Disappointing Experience with Dental Implants

I recently underwent a dental implant procedure, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The implant process was lengthy, and the aftercare was lacking. I experienced significant pain and discomfort during the healing process, which lasted longer than expected.

The dentist's communication was poor, and I felt like I was just a number, not a patient. The clinic's facilities were also outdated and not well-maintained.

The implant itself seems to be integrating well, but the overall experience was marred by poor service and inadequate care. I would caution others to thoroughly research and choose a reputable dentist for this procedure.also i have been charrged almost double price than agreed plan

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others. I got dental implants expecting a permanent solution and a better quality of life—what I got was pain, frustration, and a much lighter wallet. The procedure was more painful and drawn-out than they originally explained. I had multiple follow-up visits because things didn’t heal properly, and I felt like I was constantly being rushed in and out without real answers.

To make it worse, one of the implants feels loose, and I’m now being told I may need more work done—after already spending thousands of dollars. I wish I had done more research or gotten a second opinion. This whole process has been stressful and disappointing. Definitely not the life-changing improvement I was promised.
And the main thing they have charged me double price against of our agreed plan
I will strongly not suggest anyone to get their treatment by this clinic

Extremely disappointed with my visit

Extremely disappointed with my visit. The staff seemed rushed and barely explained what they were doing. I was left in the chair for ages, and when the dentist finally came in, the treatment felt rushed and careless. I left with more discomfort than when I came in. Definitely not coming back.”

I’m very disappointed to visit them and…

I’m very disappointed to visit them and came back without treatment due to their money greediness.they said something and were trying to charge much higher than agreed plan.had to cancelled my whole trip.

FeRa Clinic represents professionalism, state-of-the-art equipment, and attentive service. In two phases, my smile was completely restored: Phase 1 – tooth extraction and implantation; Phase 2 – perfect zirconium teeth. I’m grateful to the experienced doctor and his team for their expertise.

An unforgettable experience

An unforgettable experience. As a patient with a fear of the dentist, I turned to Fera Clinic for dental implants. I want to thank everyone, especially the doctor who did everything possible to make me have an enviable smile. Many thanks to the team who took care of everything necessary to make me feel comfortable during the treatment. I had to make two visits to Istanbul and it was wonderful. The first treatment, which involved the implant surgery, was a little painful (injections) but after that I had no bruising. I was a little swollen but that's normal after such an operation. For 3 months I took care of the gum to heal and I had no problems, there was no need for bone addition or sinus lifting. On the second visit, an implant had to be extracted because it did not integrate at all, but fortunately the team offered to make a titanium bar completely free of charge for a better and longer-lasting implant. I am very happy with the final result and honestly I recommend it with confidence, however I am still afraid of the dentist( injection). Thank you very much Fera Clinic. I should mention that I only put implants on the top jaw 😉

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, if you value your HEALTH & LIFE!

FeRa Clinic is an agency that sell your dental plan to a dental practice. This time it was 7 Blue in Istanbul They sell for what is the best profit to them.

When i arrived at 7 Blue, consultation, x-ray etc. Full payment and charged commission for a bank transfer because I couldn't pay cash £ in hand and was not previously notified... 7 hours later when they confirmed bank payment completed, I was lead upstairs to the Butchers chair....so sorry, NOT SORRY dentist chair!

A little consultation, then 27 injections to remove 13 teeth. 27
Many dentists I have spoken to since have agreed that if an expert dentist, 3 injections will be the max.

Anyway, some teeth the dentist couldn't remove through inexperience and so the older dentist took over., sometimes putting his knee on my chest for extra leverage. The older also stitched me mouth and took the mouth impression for my temporary teeth.

Today I tried my temporary teeth. GUTTED... They must have modelled these on a horse! Well and truly do not fit.

When i got out of the chair, I saw my teeth with flesh still attached. The male nurse who didn't have compassion whatsoever, rolled up gauze swabs to bite on for 15 mins and gave me 3 small swabs just in case!

I was dropped off 200m from the hotel. I bounced off lamp posts, walls, a police post, the Turkish Traffic Police escorted me to my hotel because they saw that i was not in good way.

I then filled a bath towel with my blood and i do have photos of it. Then i was rushed out of the hotel by 2 thick set guys to the 2nd hostel... not 5*!

At the hotel that I chose, they phoned the dentists and FeRa clinic, asking when my follower up appointment was? The answer was, no 2nd appointment, that my temporary teeth will be in the taxi to the airport!! That my stitches will come out when its time to.

I asked for my dentures/teeth to be sent to the hotel asap as I'd lost all faith in the dental clinics and I have booked my own taxi to the airport.... Total verbal abuse from Christor FeRa Clinic Kazlicesme, Yedi mavi, 34020

FLIGHT to UK. I knew I was unwell, that Turkey wouldn't care about me and I'd be a piece of meet to them.
At 31500 feet cabin crew put out a call for medical professions, I was given CPR, a drip, cold compression, so i am told because i was unresponsive. I had sepsis, I went into Septic shock. The air plane captain prepared to divert to get me to emergency medical treatment. The 2 American doctors on the flight 'Mike & ?', stabilised me. At LHR paramedics stormed the plane, and, eventually I was blue lighted to a London hospital.

They promised the VIP experience with airport transfer, 5* hotel etc etc.

Total chaos at Istanbul - IST and eventually after several Whatsapp calls I was lead to the taxi pick up point by strangers.
Then I was off to this 5* hotel Hooray! LOL
2* it was. There was no booking for me and hotel reception tried to contact FeRa clinic, eventually after 1 hour I was given my room... in a dungeon with bars on my window and my view was that of air condition towers!

The next day the taxi picked me up to take me to the 'BLUE 7' Dental clinic, I made complaint and they offered to move me to a different hotel... that was worse then the first hotel. So i went out and located a hotel that was decent. I informed FeRa clinic but they refused to place me in a 3*, and so i paid myself.

I have been blocked on fb as this is where FeRa initially contacted me. I will not be silenced, my friends will repost this to fb because I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE SUFFERING at the hands of AMATEURS or EVEN BUTCHERS!

I have plenty of evidence and I am in complaint with the Turkish Government, health and tourism

I want to thank the English and Turkish young ladies Heidi and Zam that were sat with me and nursed me afterwards.

IN GOD WE TRUST, choose wise when dealing with JALDABBAOTH.

FERA CLINIC ISTANBUL

I'd like to VERY MUCH THANK FERA CLINIC ISTANBUL and the whole team for the outstanding service they have given us from the moment we landed in Istanbul.

They were there to pick us up from the airport and the transfer driver Abdul was happy polite and made us feel very welcome he took us straight to our hotel and booked us in at reception he's been on time to get us to and from the clinic and got us back to the airport in plenty of time for our departure thank you Abdul

With the help from Sami the translator everything was made very easy to understand he's a very happy smiley young man with a great personality and happy manner he has a very good understanding about everything at the clinic and helped make the whole experience a pleasure thanks Sami

They've kept us well informed from the start explaining everything, we started with a chat and then 3d xrays, which shows clearly the dental problems we have which again was clear to see and understand.

This was all done with Dr Osman Ekler our dentist he was there to explain and answer any questions we may of had for the treatment we received and the treatment we need to return for after our healing period I'd like to thank you from us both for your patience and understanding and your kind way

The clinic is spotless and equipped with the very latest equipment.

Everyone there is so friendly nothing seemed to much trouble for them not once did we feel rushed into any decision
We can't fault our treatment and there service.

Our treatment is over for now, I need to return in 6 months time because of a bad infection I had from a bad tooth.
I had to have a small bone graft which they did free of charge this has been explained and shown to me with xrays this just shows to us there in no rush to finish everything just to get your money they care about your health and well-being and the end result you need time to heal between treatments any clinic telling you otherwise are wrong.

I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH

You will get ripped of by ibis hotel to

The staff are wonderful but I was ripped of they said my 2 nd visit would be £1600 but when I got there they said £500 more and they lost my abutment screws when they moved practice so had to order more from Switzerland and the price had gone up but I needed to stay a few more days I lost my flight had to pay for another 1 then I paid for an extra day in hotel because I lost my passport fair enough my passport was handed in next morning so I booked another flight it was 3 times more expensive then I got told I had to pay £450 for hotel bill the clinic will only pay half and Ibis hotel was crap room to hot a c only on timmer opened window to noisy from busy road 24/7 I could not sleep then at 12.30 1 night when I was asleep I got a knock on my door after a man tried to use a keycard to get in scared me to death he said reception you must pay for room I told him to feck of pool was close to till end of June breakfast was salad and cold meat more lunch than breakfast.

But now I’m in a lot of debt so never again will I go to Istanbul I do not recommend u will be ripped i

Well I genuinely don’t know whate to start . And if there was a 10 star review it still wouldn’t be enough.
After looking in the mirror one winter morning 22 at the seriously deteriorating condition of my teeth I realised something had to be done and quickly because by 24 i would have no teeth at all .Because I didn’t have one perfect tooth in my mouth and dentures were not an option for me so I did my homework and made the reluctant decision to go to turkey .
There were many different clinics
But I knew exactly the work needed in my personal case . I sent pictures of my ‘mouth mess’ to every clinic online and they all came back with a different plan on what to do , not one came back with I knew I needed done appart from Sami 😊 so I swollowed my fear of dentists and said I’m doing something for me this year and worked towards my biggest fear , travel alone to Istanbul and trust a foreign dentist with my teeth when I couldn’t go around the corner to my own dentist for a filling out of fear ..
it’s the best decision for my self I ever made !!! And totally affordable with no hidden agenda or costs !

From the minutes I arrived I’m Istanbul I was sent a video of how to get to my driver to take me to the hotel. No waiting around. The following morning he picked me up again on time and straight to the dentist. I was terrified until I was greeted by a young man, his name is Karim who went completely out of his responsibility and calmed me right down.. 5 minutes later I met the dreaded dentist who immediately made me feel so confident in him ,
But the most amazing thing was I had an angel on my shoulder from start to finish knowing I was on my own and she made sure I was ok every way she possibly could ! (Even when I was being a pest ) she doesn’t know I understood she was seeing I was ok last Sunday:-) when I told her I was at the beach she asked me for pictures… she was actually making sure I was ok :-) on her day off …
Her Name is Anna and l now consider her ‘my angel on my shoulder’
Beside all of the amazing stuff I experienced in Istanbul
I got 4 teeth saved that I had given up on ?
I got 4 root canals that would have cost 20 times the price in Ireland ‘with pain’ no pain in this clinic !
Two extractions i didn’t even know the amazing dentist just took out while keeping me so relaxed. I cannot even put into words how professionally gifted this man is .
10 lower teeth prepared for crowns and temporary crowns for two days,
6 implants which was the big one for me . I can honestly say I was laughing after the 3rd one because I didn’t feel a thing ! So 6 in all the ‘terrible stuff done ‘ and no pain. Not even a twinge of pain since then until now .
Then back before I came home for ten brand new teeth (crowns) to put the icing on the perfect cake is not good enough description.
I could go on but with hand in my heart I can not recommend this experience to anyone sceptical enough xx

I had crown's done to all my teeth and I LOVE THEM ❤️ FeRa Clinic and the staff I have met I can honestly say that they are friend's for life. I found them to be friendly kind and so understanding. I was nervous and sceptical, I had serious doubts. But they reassured me and I trusted then. My teeth were yellow from coffee and ageing, I didn't like to smile or when I'd laugh I would put my hands in front of my mouth so people wouldn't see my teeth. BUT now I have a Hollywood Smile 😃 I love and thanks to FeRa Clinic I smile all the time and I'm so proud to show off, my smile and laugh. I have people complement me all the time and tell me I look a lot younger than I really am. I have referred serval people to FeRa Clinic and my son of 33 is going in November to get his done. I still keep in contact with them and get a reply back straight away. I do and will refer everyone to FeRa Clinic. I Thank you FeRa Clinic for giving me back a life. My husband loves the new me the new smile.
