I now bought a vacuum sealer, a mattress vacuum cleaner and a steam cleaner from Feppo and they have all been amazing products. I’ve been using them for a few months and the quality is excellent. They are super convenient around the house but have also found the vacuum cleaner and sealer to be useful when sea in the caravan. The cleaner does a great job on any surface and small enough to store away in a cupboard. Can’t wait to see what they bring out next

these towel warmers all over my feed on Amazon and I got one for my mother-in-law. Since she lives in Cherokee and we see her on the holidays, and the weekend and we usually stay a week at a time. I thought I would get her one for Christmas. It only took a few days to get to me. When I got it, there was something wrong with the heating element, They swapped it right out. Great Customer Service!! It was a great item for her… warm, your towels, nice and cozy, she also puts her robe in it.. love to buy another one, but both my bathrooms are so tiny that they wouldn’t fit so if they would make a tiny little one that would be great. Wonderful item wonderful experience terrific product.

It took two months before order was sent, you are not replying to emails. Totally unprofessional and not acceptable to western countries

I am trying to contact the company to get a return authorization. They are not responding to my messages. The delivery was fine. I am not happy with the suction power of the vacuum.
