While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Horrible all around. Attempted to create an account on their site after receiving the cards and for the first few days it said it can't do anything and to come back in a few days. Finally had time to do it on the weekend and it went through initially but now it needed to verify me for the 3rd time today and required a pin, for which I had to call an automated number. The website said I had 10 minutes or it will reset. 9 minutes in to an automated call and it tells me to call back during regular business hours. So now AI is making its own work schedule? And why does it take nearly 10 minutes to get to that menu prompt when they know it expires? And why do they need to keep verifying who I am? On top of that, someone could steal my phone/wallet and do the same thing. It's not really verifying, just making me into a trained animal. I just gave my nephew my wallet and phone and he was able to get to the same point I was at. THIS IS NOT VERIFICATION.....
