Poor customer service
I am very disappointed with Fenty Beautys customer service overall but not their products. I called 3 people by phone yesterday and had 2 conversations on the online chat! The website said for £55 you would receive 3 free items. All staff I spoke to said there was a website issue as only 2 were added to the basket with one lady asking me to try a different internet browser and keep refreshing page. I was then later told to wait until the end of the day for the site to be updated which I did and no change. Offer has now finished and lady I spoke to today said you have to spend £80! which was not stated on the website or communicated yesterday! Free items are always nice when you are making a purchase but I missed out due to poor information!As a company you need to do better!!!
