Poor customer service

I am very disappointed with Fenty Beautys customer service overall but not their products. I called 3 people by phone yesterday and had 2 conversations on the online chat! The website said for £55 you would receive 3 free items. All staff I spoke to said there was a website issue as only 2 were added to the basket with one lady asking me to try a different internet browser and keep refreshing page. I was then later told to wait until the end of the day for the site to be updated which I did and no change. Offer has now finished and lady I spoke to today said you have to spend £80! which was not stated on the website or communicated yesterday! Free items are always nice when you are making a purchase but I missed out due to poor information!As a company you need to do better!!!

Courier left package outside

Ordered in the sale.
Courier left it outside unattended on a busy terrace at, it was gone when I got home.
Can't register it with DPD anywhere. Contacted Fenty customer service to be told I need to raise it with the courier and a link to their website which again doesn't have the option to raise a 'missing parcel'.
The proof of delivery is a picture of them leaving the parcel next to my bin in full view.
I don't have a contract with the courier. I'm a third party. Fenty shouldn't be passing the buck because they have selected a poor courier.
I brought a load of stuff in the sale and they are delaying being able to send it back out by not dealing with this.
I work really bloody hard and it's so shit when you treat yourself and companies just don't care.

Poor customer service

My issue is not with the products but with the customer service. I have emailed them regarding an issue i was having with a return....i got an email back that they would respond...nothing. I them tried calling with the number on their website.....didn't get through. Then I tried their live chat. After waiting for close to 15 mins, an agent came on saying she was going to look into my issue...close to another 15 mins later another different agent came on saying the same thing. After some minutes, this new agent told me she would have to forward the issue to another team and they will get back to me via email. I asked when I should expect the email from this other team...it took close to 10 mins to get her response....Which was that I should get a response from the team in PROBABLY 24-48 hours. I am so disappointed with not only the response I got, but the time it took to get it. Fenty Beauty UK you need to improve your customer service and do better.

Do not purchase from website. Look for alternative suppliers eg department stores and boots

Something has changed within this company and seems whomever has taken over is driving consisted effort to swindle customers. Please consider past reviews on here before making a purchase. I received curdled liquid lipstick and a broken foundation stick. Initiated refund online and received an email stating refund will be processed within 5wprking days and I DO NOT NEED to return the goods. I was welcome to keep them or gift to someone. I promptly binned them as not safe to use when unclear why they arrived in that condition. Products do not have a plastic seal to ensure fully unopened. Did not receive refund within specified time and followed uo..that's when all their issues were highlighted. The customer service is none existent to say the least. Was asked to send pictures to which I explained already discarded the goods as informed I didn't need to do anything further. Person kept harping on about pictures totally ignoring my point. I asked yo escalate the complaint. Same person emailed me to say the complaint won't be escalated as they have decided it won't go any further without pictures and oh coz I returned previous order they won't refund. Again this by email no official email reflecting this, seems just an advisor deciding she is going to make the rules and change them as she pleases. Tried the UK telephone number..not actually manned in the uk but by the same people answering emails. The number doesn't work just a looping message saying noone available to take call.
Please if you value your money DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. I am now waiting the cool off period before I can dispute payment with my credit card. Rihanna girl..u in trouble...someone trying to take you down. This isn't how they started so something has changed

Terrible customer service

One star isn’t low enough for this company. Their customer service is terrible. They’ll never get back to you and not fix or even address your problem.

1 star is way to much for these incompetent people

First time ordering from here and it will be the last! Please dont waste your money, they sent me the complete wrong order there customer service is none existent they ignore all emails and when you call they fob you off with the most hideous excuses, i cant find your order number, my computer isnt working, someone will call you right back lies lies lies all because they dont want to rectify the mistake THEY made! Now im £90 out of pocket and dont have the products i ordered either, these are the worst company ive ever dealt with, please dont waste your money people! And if you must buy this brand get it from boots!!
