Absolutely loved my Gaia dress. It was so flattering and snatching. Only thing I would recommend would be to make the corset straps longer in the back !

The package was never posted and then all of a sudden there was no stock. Was told I would be refunded however I was not refunded the full amount and was not told what the reason was how can money be kept if a product is not sent?? Do not buy from this company

The flora top arrived in the time that was estimated, but it looked amazing and it fits very well. I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend and she really likes it too. Would buy from Fenity again.

I would not recommend ordering from Fenity based on my experience.

I purchased a dress for around $200 and received it in March. Unfortunately, the dress was too small, so I followed their exchange process and promptly returned it for a different size. I carefully packaged the dress and sent it back in mid-March.

By the end of March, I still had not received any update regarding my exchange. I emailed customer service multiple times and either received no response at all or vague replies such as, “We’ll check on it,” with no follow-up. Throughout April and May, I continued reaching out for updates and had to send numerous emails just to get any response. At no point did they provide clear information about the status of my exchange or even confirm that they had received the returned dress.

After nearly three months of waiting and sending at least 15 emails, I finally sent a strongly worded message demanding either my replacement dress or a refund. Only then did someone take action and issue a refund.

While I am grateful that I will be receiving my money back, hopefully, the customer service experience was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a company selling premium priced clothing. No customer should have to spend months chasing down answers about a return or exchange.

The lack of communication and customer support means I will not be purchasing from Fenity again.

I ordered multiple pieces of clothing, including tops dresses and bottoms. They have phenomenal quality. Amazing looks for really fair prices. My order came in on time and safely. They have a great team that’s for sure!

Obsessed with this brand. One of the few brands where the clothes look exactly like the pics online. Good quality, flattering fit, and shipping was fast too. Everything felt super put together and easy to style. Super worth it. Definitely a confidence boost whenever I wear Fenity <3

I’m so picky about the brands I invest in, and Fenity is the one I always come back to! I purchased 4 pieces from them (Margot dress, capri pants etc) and I always felt so confident every time I wore them. Definitely recommend them!

All clothing pieces are so amazing and so comfy! I needed a top for an event so so bad and i had no idea if the top will be shipped out on time, but only a couple days later the top arrived and it was awesome! I’ve never got asked “where is your top from” more than I did that day!

Love the dress, pretty quick delivery. Only downside is some of the boning did start to come through but overall a great experience.
