Returns process

Suitcase that arrived had smaller dimensions. Unfortunately, there is no free returns process, so I will end up out of pocket. Also return is expected in 14 days not the statutory 28 days.

Amazing customer care

I was really impressed with Fenella Smith's/ Emma's aftercare.I had an issue with the strap of my laptop bag ; I contacted Fenella Smith for help.Emna got back to me promptly ..I loved the thoughtful ,kind language she used in all our interactions .She also promptly sent a new strap to me too ...oh this customer care is pure gold dust ...such a lovely company to interact with ..they definitely have my loyalty ..thank you Emma 💗💗

The colour dark blue laptop crossbody bag

The colour dark blue i liked and I liked the storage inside plenty of room for more than your pusre mobile phone and laptop .Has two large separate compartment you can use for stationary,notepad or small make up bag.The other for a laptop and a hidden compartment also an inside zip for you pusre and bus pass.

I love my yellow bag and receive so…

I love my yellow bag and receive so many compliments about it. I was disappointed discover a fault with the strap however the customer service has been fantastic. Emma took the time to respond to my email, apologise and arranged for a replacement bag to be delivered- excellent service!

Great after sales service

I bought a bag as a Christmas gift for my daughter, she loves it but the strap became detached. I contacted customer service and they couldn’t have been any more helpful, sending a replacement without any qualms. Disappointing it was faulty but fixed very quickly!

Great customer service

I had a wheel fall off after using the case- it appeared on the airport conveyer belt with only three wheels. I contacted Fenella Smith and dealt with Emma who was great, replacing the missing wheel ! Very happy :)

I love my laptop bag. The colour is vibrant and the quality and workmanship is beautiful. I’m very tempted to purchase another one in a different colour.

Great choice!

Really happy with this laptop bag. The leather feels high-quality and looks great. The color is exactly what I wanted, subtle yet stylish. It’s got well-designed compartments that make organizing everything easy, and the shoulder strap is comfortable for carrying around. Great choice overall!

I wish I could score this higher

I wish I could score this higher. The customer service from Emma at Fenella Smith is some of the best I have received. She went above and beyond to help with my query and I was more than surprised and impressed with the prompt support and service I received. I won’t be using any other brand of case after this as the aftercare is outstanding. Lovely approachable team that handled my query as though it was their most important task they had. Thanks so much :) 10/10

Assistance Outside the Box

I had a complicated reason for returning an item beyond the return deadline. The customer service duo who handled my query (Emma and Oscar) were extremely proactive and very helpful, allowing me to return the item, regardless. The personalised aspect of their interaction with me was an added bonus to their professionalism...

Poor quality

Bought a hand bag via a major retailer that I received last week and only started using yesterday to my surprise today the strap of the handle is broken after 1 1/2 days of use. How is this possible. The product is not of the greatest quality. Bought this to use long term but this is not the case. I am disappointed with this bag and the quality.I am not impressed.
