Ordered from the company in the past and they were good, I had no issues back in 2021, so thought I'd order again from them. What a big mistake that was. Placed an order 1st November with express post. Now the 24th November, still no product. Have emailed them at least 2 weeks ago and no reply. Will never be ordering from them again.

They use to be good but are just crooks now. Placed an order with them, order was sitting on processing for weeks. I tried calling and sending emails asking for an update with no response. Luckily I made the purchase through paypal so they can get my money back. Don't be fooled, they'll take your money and run.

Completely fake. They just take your money then don’t send anything and ignore you. Ordered in July. It’s November.

Ordered 5 months ago, no response to emails, no phone to call. They've ignored my repeated requests for a refund.

Update: my order status shows as shipped but it hasn't, no emails, no tracking.

I placed an order for a $150 item. I have not received the item or received any shipping information. Repeated emails to the company have not elicited any response. No item or refund has been received. I have now reported them to the ACCC. Do not bother with this company. They just steal your money

Avoid them at all costs! They are a scam and deserve 0 rating. Quick to take your money and no follow-up emails and contacts are disabled. Order number is a fake and got my email address incorrect 🤔. Femplay you are Femfake!

Exactly what everyone else is saying, stolen money! Very frustrating

This company did the exact same to me… they stole my money ($153); failed to send the same email they said they would; they refused to call me back; refused to pick up the phone; and refused to reply to any message or email I’ve written to them.

I am having the same experience that a few others have recently reported too.
Order 2 weeks ago, 3 items over $100. They didn't send me a shipping email until 1 week later. 1 small cheap item arrived under that tracking number. I have since tried to contact them numerous times via email, the contact us form on their website and even instagram with no response as of yet. Really disappointing considering I have purchased from them a few times in the past without fail. Time to try to lodge a dispute with PayPal and also report to scam watch.

WARNING!! Be very careful with this company! I ordered 2 products worth more than $100, they shipped only 1 (the cheaper one) and when I tried to contact them via both email and phone I didn't get any response whatsoever. They basically stole my money since I did not receive what I paid for, and they refuse to acknowledge this and reimburse me. I even logged a case via PayPal but that didn't go anywhere since I am requested to log a case with the Australian Police and I don't have the energy to go through that process. This company is a fraud!

Ordered a product on the 12/08/2024. Was sent a confirmation email, but never got a shipping email and all my attempts to contact support were ignored. Seems like lots of other people are having this issue, I wish I'd checked reviews before I ordered. Refund process has been initiated with my bank, I'm not even going to bother trying to contact support again as other reviews have mentioned how long they take to respond. It's a shame, because it seems like prior to this year they were a good company.

I placed an order on the 2 September 2024.

I received a confirmation email, but not a follow-up email with the tracking information, which I thought was highly unusual.

It is now the 12 September and my order has not yet been delivered.

Their phone lines have been down for a suspicious length of time.

I contacted them via the online contact form AND via email several times since the 9 Sept.

They replied only ONCE on the 10 Sept. Sender said they will look into it and "...will have a response for you shortly". Additionally, the sender did not end the email with their name or name of company - which I thought unusual.

There has been no further correspondence from Femplay since then.

Red flag after red flag since the day I made the order.

I have ordered from this company for many years without a single issue!

I attempted contact with them two more times today to request a full refund. I will follow-up with a transaction dispute with my bank to deal with this mess.

Disappointing, as Femplay used to be an excellent, legit company and my go to for products over the years. what happened?

Buyer beware, made a purchase, no shipping information provided, no product arrived, company did not reply to emails

I ordered a product on the 27th of August 2024 for $599.99 a receipt arrived but no tracking number and no parcel. Tried calling and emailed but no response. I have now passed on the the fraud squad. Please do not use this company.

They will rip you off. There is no business here anymore but someone is still taking the money.

No idea how it hasn't been shut down yet.

I placed an order last monday week and have not received any tracking details or Information in regards to delay?
Have Emailed with no reply also. Have ordered from them previously in the past w no issue.

Please give Femplay a wide berth, I’ve lodged a complaint with the QLD of Fair Trading, they’re already investigating. I urge everyone who’s had money taken off them and received nothing to do the same Please avoid Femplay, thought I’d support an Aussie company, placed an order on 19th July ‘24, purchase confirmed but no tracking info sent, after many unanswered emails and phone calls Angelique finally answered on the 25th July and told me she could see the tracking number and that the item would be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. No tracking number sent, further emails and phone calls have gone unanswered and no delivery.

This company is a SCAM. I have placed an order for two items, very quick received a notification from the local Post office that parcel arrived but there was only one item. For two weeks I keep sending e-mails, leaving message on "Contact us" page without any reaction from FemPlay side. Their phone system was down for a long time and now it's disconnected. I have opened a case on PayPal for refund and must wait now for several weeks... DO NOT BUY from FemPlay!!!!!!!
