Shopping with Femme has been a great experience. I’ve found it hard to find an organisation so honest about the struggles with fertility and women’s health. From the initial customer service contact right through to ordering and delivery, Femme has been great. I would definitely recommend them and their products are good quality and great value when I’ve shopped around too!

I have not received my item, the item has been send back and reposting it which is going to take another 5 or more days to be delivered would not order from this company again.

After taking a look into this I believe customs then rejected the order and it was resent again as soon as we were notified. I can see a member of our team Paige was updating you on this. Product is great and exactly as advertised. Just dropped a star because of the packaging - a tiny pack of cards that could have fitted in a standard envelope was delivered in a large box with loads of unnecessary padding.
