The process from start to finish was seamless. Kate collected the furniture when she said she would and it was ready within the timeframe quoted. Having the furniture for a long time the transformation is amazing and all pieces look fantastic in my newly decorated hall and living room.
I would highly recommend FFF if you wish to give your furniture a face lift you will not be disappointed and I for one will use Kates services again. Thanks Kate :)

I took a much loved but rather distressed Art Deco dressing table to Femme Fatale Finishes hoping that it could be given a new lease of life. They did an outstanding job, repairing all the damage and making it look beautiful. On top of that I was given all the products and advice I need to keep it looking good. Great professional service. Kate refurbished my 25 yr old Welsh dresser, completely stripping it back, repainting and finishing it. She collected it and brought it back within two weeks as promised and it as absolutely amazing. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Truly professional job.

When I needed a French polisher, but knew nobody who could recommend one, I did what most people do in the circumstances. I trawled the internet. I took pot luck – and got very lucky indeed. Kate, at Femme Fatale Finishes, is exceptional – a first rate, five gold star professional. Over the past few years she’s taken away six pieces of furniture and brought them back brilliantly transformed. Honestly, I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend her work to you. Just one more thing; she’s also a lovely person.

We have a much loved, very old hostess trolly disguised in wood! Looked like it was on it’s last legs until we were introduced to Kate from Femmefatale who has given it a new lease of life. It really is as good as new, beautiful finish. Delighted!

Kate had to take years of paint off two chairs and repair an antique French chair. The result was absolutely fantastic. I cannot praise her highly enough.

Kate has just done a great job on repainting our bedroom furniture.The results are wonderful.The furniture was pine,so there were a few dents and marks,all of which have now disappeared.She did the job in much less time than originally thought,and even took the trouble to make a special journey with one of the pieces painted,to check that we were happy with the colours we had chosen.Would recommend Kate to anyone.

Kate was recommended and I’m so pleased she was. An absolute 5* service throughout. She sanded and lacquered my very worn 15yr old oak floor to an excellent standard. It looks superb and a family member asked if it was the same flooring? She and her colleague also ensured that no mess was left and they even dusted down all the surfaces and units. I also wanted to update my kitchen cupboards with a completely different colour. Kate’s work was again superb. She collected them all, took them back to her workshop and within a few days she arranged to bring them back & install them. She and her colleague worked hard to install them in time for me returning home from work and giving me the WOW factor! Kate’s work and service is outstanding and such a lovely person too.

We asked Kate to repair our dining table - the leg had fallen off and there were some scratches on the top. She collected and returned the table within a week and it looked almost as good as new! We were very happy with the service and would recommend her services. If there is anything else we need repairing, she would be our first port of call.

Once again, Kate came to the rescue to re-glue some loose chair joints and to touch up some wear and tear scuff marks on the furniture that she painted over 6 years ago.
