Not a well represented product
I will preface this by saying that I have not tried this product yet. This is the review of someone who was a potential customer. I think this company assumes it's okay to speak to people however they like, as long as they haven't paid for anything, and as long as there's few witnesses. This product is promoted as better than all other menstrual products available on the market and science backed. They did not appreciate my skepticism about such claims. I was told that my comments were "unsolicited opinions," and in summary I was basically told to shut up until I tried their product. I was also informed that they would be getting rid of my comments since they only allow "positive energy" on their page. That comes off as a projection to me since they had every opportunity to spin the conversation in a positive way but only chose to escalate what they deemed negative. I hesitated creating this review at all, but it was pointed out to me that if this is how they operate then there is a high possibility that they delete any comment that disagrees with them. So, I am posting this review in regards to their social media manager, who is a reflection of their company. I truly hope that they are but one employee, and not the creator of the product. Those of us who deal with menstrual conditions, especially, have every right to feel skeptical of products that are on the market. If this company had chosen a different approach with me I would have taken the product into deeper consideration. Now I can only hope they do better with people they interact with in the future.
