Okk…
There were some issues with responding on time, but they fixed it - it could me technical? Also support wasn't intuitive as I had to login to some different websites with unusual way, seemed kind of scammy at first, but it ended well. Overall I'm Grateful, cuz as I couldn't ask my GP for tretinoin, they prescribed it without nonesense excuses, so I can improve my skin health and aging. We need more services like that in the Netherlands.

Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of transparency.
I had a very poor experience with this company. At the time of my order, there was no indication on the website that the item was out of stock. I only found out after I reached out to them myself.
The communication has been completely one-sided—I’ve had to initiate every single update. To make matters worse, the delivery date keeps changing. Last week I was promised a shipment that never happened, and now the date has been pushed back again. I have lost all confidence in this supplier and have requested a full refund. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
