Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. Only offers live chat and wait times are hours and hours long. I never even managed to get in touch with anyone.

You're Felix service is the worst I…

You're Felix service is the worst I have ever had, I rarely had no signal for network data and also unable to make phone calls, I found it hard to contact a real person to get help because you're customer service help did not want to help me get in contact with a team service and when I finally got in the waiting cue, I had to wait over 3 hrs. Goodbye and goodriddence.. a horrible business. My recommendations are close it down. Pathetic Business

stop giving excuses, team felix

I see every single reply felix has to a bad review of their customer service (or lack thereof) being "We appreciate your patience but we will still love to help you". It is simply delusional for a company to run solely on chatbots and expect their customers to be happy. It has taken me 5 hours waiting on a reply for my chatbot enquiry and YES, before you suggest it, I've tried Whatsapp too. And yes, I have been patched through and in the queue for an agent. I'm now stuck here with no wifi or data since my previous provider cut me off, which is no fault of Felix but I expected way more efficient service. Wont be surprised that Felix is quicker to reply in these trustpilot reviews than to customer enquiries in their chatbot.

Surely the employees are stretched thin and its time for management to introduce either more customer service agents or have a number that people can actually call for urgent enquiries. Will be cancelling my plans for the whole family, thats 5 accounts, felix.

Tried switching to Felix last 2 days…

Tried switching to Felix last 2 days ago but it was an absolute nightmare. Do not go to this company. I was that messed around for hours and then the live chat guy threatened they were going to keep my mobile number I've had for the last 26 years. I was horrified. By the way Felix this is illegal so I'm writing a full complaint against you to the TIO. I actually had a panic attack after dealing with this. Disgusting behaviour by your staff. If I could you'd get a minus 10 👎 hang on you didn't sort anything for me! What a liar. Your response is a joke. You don't care about any customers. I didn't get any service from you at all. You stole $10 from me and I couldn't use my phone you bunch of idiots. I'm a disability pensioner and you don't give a crap. Where is my refund? You blatantly took my money but I got no use from you at all. How many people do you rip off every day of the week? Getting loads of money off unsuspecting victims. You go f yourself I am going to sue you for your inconvenience and incompetence. Please no one switch to this gutter brand of a "mobile" carrier!!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent with Felix Mobile. If you manage to get past the ridiculous "bott" and chat with a "real person", they will go out of their way to inform you, several times, "there is nothing we can do about that." I received a message from an agent after my poor review on Product Review, asking me to contact them as they would love to sort out the issue. Had to go through the chat however as no other way of contacting them. Did this, took the best part of a day, only to be told "we can't do anything about that". They are cheap but unfortunately, cheap, nasty and untrustworthy. Others maybe a bit more expensive but at least with most you can actually speak to someone, not here. Such a shame, as initially I was very happy with them. Will be leaving as soon as this month is up.

This service is amazing

This service is amazing. I'm paying $20 a month($40 after three months) for unlimited data, calls and texts. The internet speeds are great and are faster than my nbn wifi at home. I really dont know why the rating for this service is so low. When running a speed test I got 23.1 Mbps download and 10.87 Mbps upload.

Warning: Inappropriate Conduct and Mishandling of Formal Complaint by Felix Mobile

**** The response provided is AI written and doesn’t even acknowledge that I am already overseas. It’s no wonder the reviews are below satisfactory, quite frankly abysmal.

I requested assistance to add an international roaming pack and was advised that I would need to pay an additional $25 for a voice service that is only active within Australia, despite already being overseas and unable to use the service.

Despite my reasonable request for a manual adjustment, Felix Mobile refused to assist. After they declined, I informed them I would escalate the matter to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO).

Following this, I received an unprofessional response from a Felix representative in the live chat stating: “Have a great rest of your day 🍑.”
Using an emoji with inappropriate connotations during formal complaint handling is unacceptable. This conduct breaches the Telecommunications Consumer Complaints Handling Industry Standard 2018, made under subsection 125AA(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth). It also raises concerns under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) regarding the requirement to provide services with due care and skill and to engage in fair conduct.

I have lodged formal complaints with both the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) and the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). This experience reflects poorly on Felix Mobile’s approach to customer service and complaint resolution.

While you do need an active felix mobile plan to purchase our international roaming packs, you can pause your plan afterwards, before you head overseas. This way you don't have to pay for texts, calls, or data when you aren't home to use it.

In regard to the peach emoji used by our care agent, peach is our brand colour, and we often use it in chats to keep things friendly, light, and "peachy". We sincerely apologise that it came off the wrong way, and are taking your feedback onboard, discussing the appropriate settings to use the emoji with our team.

After annoying back and forth received partial refund

Terrible service. Asked a customer service representative, if I disconnected early will I receive a refund for days not used, and received a written answer that I will. When I actually disconnected after moving to another provider, they refused to refund me although I sent a snapshot of the conversation!!!
Eventually received a partial refund.

What a scam this company is

What a scam this company is. They keep charging every month I just discovered on my bank even though I only used it for one month. Can only cancel or contact customer service via the app. Don't know my password so they say they will send a reset password link to my email which doesn't come. Scammers!

Switch over to Felix Fail

Just switched over to Felix, was quite a stressful experience. No where through the process did they say I would be required to be connected to wifi to complete the switch over.

I was left with no data and service in the middle of the night. No way to contact support or even call friends and family. Had to cancel arrangements and as not to worry my partner walked in the middle of the night to get wifi, which then luckily allowed me to access the app and complete the switch over.

Quite stressful as a woman who was by herself in the middle of the night no way to contact anyone.

FELIX MOBILE - DON'T GET SUCKED IN

FELIX MOBILE Advertises "FELIX50" 3 month 50% discount and when you try to apply it - it says it doesn't exist. They are part of TPG, Vodafone network and their service is non-existent. Waited almost two hours and am still waiting for any response. I found a 1300 number which just said leave a message and we'll get back to you. As bad a service as the Vodafone network they rely on. Choose anyone else that is associated with Telstra or Optus, because anything relying on Vodafone is useless. Got onto the help "service" and was told the discount is clearly advertised "On the home page" as being online only - which is absolute LIES.

EPIC FAIL, No Service @ flexmobile.

WARNING TO ALL
This is a Con/Scam. Felixmobile was Happy to sell me a useless unusable SIM. The SIM arrived with no way to activate it because FelixMobile has no website to log into or phone numbers to contact them in order to do so. Their help is a merrygoround of useless bots that think repeating the same dumb things and ignoring the customes requests is OK. The con is they expect you to sign your personal information away by forcing you to use theirs and third party apps in order to even comunicate with them.

SIM won't activate because app won't work - because the app won't work its impossible to contact them
I had a read of the terms and conditions - all the way through its states the things TPG will and won't do ---YES TPG!!??...., but when I rang TPG they said Felix is nothing to do with them......

Shocking service

Shocking service. The only way to connect with them is via their chat channel. I have paid for data service and it is two weeks and I have no service. Their BOT responds and NO human has responded to resolve my issue. This has been a recurring issue. Don't waste you money and your time with this service provider. Bad service.

A phone company without a phone number, I think that tells you all you need to know. Interacting with the bot will unfailingly leave you like throwing your phone at the wall. I could not manage to get beyond the bot to speak to a human even when it could not resolve my issue.
Customer service is not existent.

I bought the $20 roaming 4gb pack for…

I bought the $20 roaming 4gb pack for use in Asia. As soon as I switched on roaming the 4gb data was depleted completely within one minute of activation. This is impossible on a phone even if there were any downloads or videos being played. I used their poor app chat to request a resolution and to this day I have failed to receive any assistance from their operators despite advertising that their staff do respond to issues daily from 9am to 6pm including weekends. After 24 hrs I am still waiting on their assistance. I will be taking this issue to telco industry ombudsman if I fail to get a resolution and any proper contact details for help to this by Monday 17 March 2025.

0 CS is basically a scam.

Honestly, 0 customer service.

They processed my payment but have mot sent any confirmation, the website bugged out during payment. I can’t log in although the registration includes login details. I’ve had 2 chat logs with the AI which has been trash. Other reviews had said 3 hrs, it’s been 48 hrs for me now and I still have not received a single reply from a human.

It is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company/business.

I better get a refund for this trash.

I would not recommend this at all.

I have been a cusmer for around 3yrs…

I have been a customer for around 3yrs never had any problems signing up before, it was good until it wasn't. I happened to loose my phone and sim with it, so I purchased new phone and because Felix was doing a 50% off for first 6 months deal upon new sighn up, i didn't bother trying to get a old sim replaced. This is when the absolute
absurdity started, signing up to a new plan and sim. First of all, was my mistake signing up on line with an incorrect email address. Felix took payment from my bank account before the verification of email process for activation of esim. When I realised this mistake I can not get a hold of anyone but a stupid bot seeking a refund. So I decided to try signing up again this time with correct email, once again Felix taking there money and got to once again to the email verification page to activate esim and NO email sent, I've tried every box including spam, I've hit resend more times then I can count. Felix is absolute garbage with customer support in fact there isn't any, I guess its why the plans are so cheap not paying for staff to sort out issues or complaints leaving it to a stupid robot that just sends you around in circles. I have have done everything to try getting attention with a human for this issue and have had no luck. So Felix has made money for nothing, I still haven't got a service. This has been the most frustrated I have been in a long time and prefer talking to someone in India call centre then this garbage bot system that Felix uses, at least talking to a bloody Indian you can get issues resolved as frustrating they can be at the best of times.....
