not sure of the procedures of the compay
The product arrived just about in time, other than the waybill was not filed out correctly. but also, the billing information was not all there. one bill stated one amount, then check credit card and wow,,200 + charge with no final bill with the package,,,not good business in my mind. then ask about it, and directions to go to see did not work...not happy now,,,more angry ...and now can not keep going as no email has been sent to see bill...so bad
