The shoes never arrived, the tracking number provided was incorrect. I paid for nothing. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I never received any response.

One month waiting for the shoes and still missing. They don't answer the mails and have no phone number. It,s absolutely scam. If you want that shoes go to fujimae in Barcelona.

Poor customer service and dodgy sizing. The sizing varies so much from shoe to shoe. They also charge you for return if you can get through to customer service. Poor experience all round

So bad it’s almost funny.

I was sent the wrong size TWICE. And TWICE the shipping label wouldn’t download and now I’m stuck with the wrong size and no one will help me.

I’ve wasted so much time and money and still don’t have shoes.

Don’t waste your time with this company!

the label says a certain size but it's at least 1 size too small. simply not a quality product. at all.
also I'm the one responsible for paying return postage; I wouldn't mind under normal circumstances, but these shoes are an absolute abomination.

Very odd and annoying experience. They don’t seem to stick to normal customer rights policies: after I had sent the shoes back in perfect, unworn, same-as-received condition they send me a vague photo and claimed they cannot accept the shoes because they supposedly had been worn. The whole communication was a copy paste template experience. They almost appear as scammers. It will be a battle - I don’t want these shoes now even more because of principle. The shoes itself are not bad but just not suited for my particular feet - definitely do not buy from their own site!

Ordered shoes, their way of showing sizes is misleading.
After just a few hours asked for a cancelation and they have automated customer service that said it's too late.
Very bad service, will be telling people to avoid.

I ordered shoes in May. The order was supposed to come from Spain. I'm still waiting. I've tried contacting them 3 times. Once through the website and twice through the email I received confirming the order I made. No response.
I don't know if it's a legitimate site. I am guessing no because I have received nothing and there has been no communication.
I had to open a dispute resolution on PayPal.
I wound advise not to use
Dafu-Feiyue or Feiyue-Originals.com
If I get something back from them I'll amend my review.
