Not actually shipping out the orders?

Hello, Feetunique never sent the shoelaces we ordered with priority shipping over a month ago. They are slow to respond (to 1st email) and stopped responding upon a 2nd email. I dont think they're actually shipping out orders. Priority shipping would have tracking.

My experience

I pay for a fast delivery but the free one was most faster than the “fast one” but in general everything was perfect. I was a little bit scared to be scam because I don’t know your company but for sure I will come back if I need laces again. Thank you for everything

Good product

Thé products seems to be well. Just one thing I think you must change in your website: the time to délivrer for the free choice is 5 or 6 days as written but about 10 days.
